Projects can include but are not limited to; crochet, knitting, embroidery, sewing, coloring, drawing, etc. 😊

I will be hosting one of my gentle healing Guided Meditations with Multi-Vibrational Sound Therapy instruments on Tuesday September 22nd, 2026. Doors will open at 6:40pm, we will start 7pm: please strive to not be late so you don't miss anything, and have time to set up your "nest".

The Epic Healing Meditation is a Guided Meditation where I gently walk you through each energy center in your body to examine it, and then clear-out old pain, energies, blockages, and/or emotions from your past that keep you from being your best self and shining your brightest light! I start with sound instruments to get your mind and body soothed and prepared to go within. This experience will leave you feeling lighter, more at peace, more confident & loved as you are, and shed some old past pain.

👕What to wear: Be sure to dress comfortably in loose clothing.

🥤What to bring: I recommend that you bring a yoga mat to lay on, a small pillow for under your head, a blanket if you prefer one, if you want an eye mask (optional), and your water bottle (optional).
{Side bonus note: bringing your favorite crystal(s) and wearing essential oils can highly enhance your energetic healing experience.}

📖You may also want to bring your journal, if you like to journal about whatever comes up for you during the meditation.

🚗Parking: First 2 arrivals may park in the driveway side by side, as available. Parking in the cul-de-sac is limited, but there's plenty of free street parking along Pecan Hollow Street.
