Oak Canyon/Spring Canyon Plus Kwaay Paay Peak.
The walk starts past the Old Mission Dam (a nationally registered historic landmark) and follows a stream bed rimmed by coast live oaks. This area is rich in both native plants and animals.

NOTE: NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU Hip or Knee Issues

COWLES/PYLES PEAKS 1st & 2nd Peak of Mission Trails Five-Peak Challenge and it is a 2 Peak Hike (Cowles Mountain Peak & Pyles Peak).

What should you bring:
Good hiking shoes, socks (a change of socks is always recommended), hiking stick (if you have one, it helps during sharp uphills/downhills), PLENTY OF WATER, snacks, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen. Medication.

Always carry your Cell Phone with a ICE (in case of emergency).

We will start at the Cowles Mountain Mission Trails Parking Lot.
Park on Golfcrest or the Parking Lot. Turn your Wheels into the Curb or you may get a Parking Ticket.

Note: NOT recommended if you have knee or hip issues.

Gloria Gaynor and Fleetwood Mac! Country? Gretchen Wilson and Kenny Chesney!' Their female lead singer is strong and the band is talented and fun.

Pal Joey's is a neighborhood bar in the Allied Gardens neighborhood of San Diego. They serve cocktails, wine and beer, but no food. They'll allow food to be brought in; there's a taco shop and pizza place next door, and they sometimes have a taco pop-up out front.
