"Big Night" Film at Basecamp in West Sedona.
Basecamp, 70 West Dry Creek Road,, Sedona, AZ, USIt’s “Big Screen at Basecamp” as the Sedona International Film Festival partners with Sedona Beer Company for its “Movies on the Move” cinema under the stars outdoor film experience at Basecamp in West Sedona — every Thursday in the summer season!
Join us on Thursday, May 28 as we present “Big Night” at Basecamp/Sedona Beer Company at dusk.
“Big Night” features an all-star ensemble cast including Ian Holm, Isabella Rossellini, Minnie Driver, Stanley Tucci and Tony Shalhoub.
Chef Primo (Tony Shalhoub) and businessman Secondo (Stanley Tucci) are immigrant brothers from Italy who open their dream restaurant, Paradise, in New Jersey. Primo is the irascible and gifted chef, brilliant in his culinary genius, but determined not to squander his talent on making the routine dishes that customers expect.
Primo's authentic food is too unfamiliar for the local tastes, and the restaurant is struggling. When famous Italian-American bandleader Louis Prima is scheduled to appear at Paradise, the two brothers put all of their efforts into the important meal, which will likely decide the fate of their restaurant.
Basecamp will offer a selection of craft beers, food and beverages (and a special menu item themed to each film), with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Sedona International Film Festival.
Bring your lawn chairs. Parking is free and available at Basecamp and the Sedona Public Library.
Tickets are only $10 each, and kids 12 and under are free of charge.
