Shut Up & Write! is a global community that empowers writers to overcome procrastination, silence their inner critic, and make consistent progress on their projects. Our events provide a structured and focused environment where writers can come together, set aside distractions, and achieve their writing goals.
What to Expect
Our events use our proven formula: a few minutes of introductions, a period of focused writing, and a final check-in to share our progress. Once you arrive, our host will lead introductions, and then everyone will write for a quiet, focused period of time. Afterward, we’ll have an optional time to chat and get to know each other. Our events are a safe space for writers to work on their craft. No one will read or critique your writing.

It has been proven that writing in a group helps boost productivity. Don´t believe us? Join us for an hour of writing! Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem, or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. :)
No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done!SCHEDULE:

11:45 am- Timer starts: Write for 1 hour
12:45 pm- The end: Chat, take off, or keep writing...OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING:
After the writing is done, we have the opportunity to socialize and connect! Writing is very solitary indeed, so connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. ;)What Should I Bring?
Whatever you need to be able to write! Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want/need total silence. Please come with your devices pre-charged, since there may not be available charging ports for everyone.Other Important Details:
The event will be hosted with Chatter Club Social at their event space in Indautxu.
