Leisure Bike Ride: C+O Canal – Snyders Landing to Dam 4
Taylors Landing Boat Ramp, Talors landing RD, Sharpsburg, MD, USDistance/Difficulty: Approx. 15.4 miles/EASY
Duration: 3.0 hours
Description: This is a leisure bike ride viewing nature and learning about history spots along the canal. We will be keeping a simple and easy pace. There will be many spots with history and pretty views of the river.Bring: Helmet (MANDATORY), bike, spare tube, water and snack. Dress in layers and shoes that are appropriate for weather conditions. Free, donations welcome.

Description: This is a leisure bike ride viewing nature and learning about history spots along the canal. We will be keeping a simple and easy pace. There will be many spots with history and pretty views of the river.Bring: Helmet (MANDATORY), bike, spare tube, water and snack. Dress in layers and shoes that are appropriate for the weather conditions. If the canal boats are open and for those that are interested, we can ride the canal boats afterwards. Free, donations welcome.
