Beat the Monday blues with a fun, friendly run + social! A 2km for those that are more about the social or a 5 km at a relaxed pace for the more experienced runners. This isn’t a race. We’ll run together, chat, and enjoy being outside.Post-Run Coffee:
After the run, we’ll head for a post run drink (location announced on the night).We meet outside Ziba in Hitchin Market Place at 6:20pm every Monday

Think of it as a fun night out where meeting new people happens naturally, not forced.

Arrive at 7:30pm: Meet in our reserved games area for drinks and let the games commence!
You’ll be split into groups by age group (30-40 / 40-50 or 50-60s) and we’ll rotate you across all the games, plus you’ll get breaks to grab a drink and mingle with anyone that catches your eye.Venue: The White Hart, Hertford

Join us at Granello Lounge in Hitchin for a festive evening of tapas, drinks, and great company. This isn’t your usual singles event with strict age brackets or equal numbers, it’s a celebration of connection. A night for our BDB running community and singles members to come together, share good food, laughter, and a toast (or two!) to friendship.### What to Expect
- A relaxed, friendly evening. This is not speed dating!
- Tapas-style sharing dishes and drinks
- Table rotations throughout the meal to meet new faces
- Chilled drinks afterwards for those who fancy staying longer
- A festive, feel-good night celebrating our incredible singles community
We typically attract a fun, welcoming crowd aged 30–65, and you’ll always find a mix of personalities, from our seasoned event regulars to new members looking to connect.
### How to Join Our Singles Event
To secure your spot, simply:
- Become a BDB Member by checking out today to enjoy 6 months of meet ups across Hertfordshire.
- Food Pre-orders and a £5 deposit (to secure your space) can be given to Eleni at upcoming events (I’ll be in touch). You can find the Menu here.
- You will pay for your food and drinks on the evening (any deposit paid removed)
Please book early. As it’s peak season the restaurant want confirmed numbers by the 15th Nov.
