yoga for people who function well and carry a lot anyway.
this isn't a stretch-and-relax class. it's yoga taught through a nervous-system lens — pacing the body, not pushing it. for people who sit at a desk all day, think for a living, and notice their shoulders are somewhere near their ears by lunchtime, or maybe already after waking up?
i'm Izabela — 200hr certified yoga teacher, training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. i work with the nervous system two ways: 1:1 sessions, and movement. this is the movement.
during summer classes are outdoors in Saski Park and/or Krasiński Park.
donation-based — pay what feels right, no one turned away for money. all levels. in english.
