### Attendance & Behavior Guidelines
To keep our community strong, we ask members to be mindful of two key things: attendance and conduct.
Attendance
Your RSVP matters. If you commit to an event, please arrive on time or update your RSVP if your plans change. Reliable attendance helps us plan and builds stronger connections.
If you No-Show to a non-prepaid event (meaning you don’t show up and don’t update your RSVP), it will be noted. Three No-Shows will result in a 3-month pause from attending events. We understand life happens—being late is okay, but uncommunicated absences are not.
Behavior
We value kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Please treat fellow members, hosts, and venues with courtesy. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior won’t be tolerated.
Additional Notes
- Prepaid events follow the cancellation terms in their event listing.
- Starting in 2025, a $1 “slush fund” donation is requested per attended event to support club expenses and future offerings.
- Please add events to your calendar when you RSVP to avoid accidental No-Shows.

Thank you—and cheers to great wine, great company, and great times ahead!

Summer Succulent Terrarium Class and Wine Tasting at 4th Street Cellars
4th Street cellars, 127 4th St, Santa Rosa, CA, USSummer is here in Wine Country and we are feeling Crafty!
I have the pleasure of setting up a fantastic orb Terrarium workshop offered through Flourish Petaluma and wine tasting at 4th Street Cellars in Santa Rosa.
If you haven't been to Fourth Street Cellars, you can experience the history of Railroad Square paired with the elegance of wine with its own history. Their wines are all handcrafted by third generation grower and winemaker, John Bambury whose Bonneau, Egret, and Opal Moon wines reflect their provenance. They specialize in Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Chardonnay. You are welcome to purchase wine outside of the tasting provided or become a wine member.
Get ready for a hands-on, creative workshop where you'll dive into the art of designing and caring for succulents.
We will be arranging individual terrariums, chatting, and sampling wine for 2-3 hours. You will have the option to choose from a wide variety of succulents, colorful pebbles, and vibrant mosses to personalize your own Orb Terrarium. Brandi, the owner of Flourish will provide expert guidance, care tips, and plenty of hands-on support throughout the process. Everyone will be able to take their terrariums home after the event.
There is a minimum of 10 people needed, a maximum of 20 people, plus this is a Co-ed event, so both men and women are welcome. Your spot is reserved by prepaying for your ticket through Daima Phipps, co-hostess.
The cost of the event is $61, which includes the slush fund, plus whatever wine you choose to purchase. They provide terrarium materials and guidance on succulents, plus care tips. We are asking that you reserve your spot by prepaying just for the terrarium workshop, which is $60. You can pay for the wine tasting there, by purchasing wine by the glass or as a set tasting. We ask that members pay $1 per event into our "slush" fund to help us pay for incidentals for the group.
Guests are welcome, they will need to pre-pay as well. I suggest you wear layers as we might be outside, and sometimes the weather is windy or cold. We will confirm headcount about a week before.
Cheers to this fun succulent event!
