Spirituality is for everyone! Whether you are passionate about spirituality or just exploring - the path of Bhakti (meaning Devotion) is a way of Love that takes each one on a unique pilgrimage from the mind to the heart.

This group is for anyone interested in meditation, spirituality, growing a relationship with God and awakening Divine Love within.

Our main location is in Elmira, at the newly founded Bhakti Marga Elmira Ashram, but we gather for events throughout the upstate New York/ southern tier area.

We come together for meditation, Kirtan (devotional music), Om Chanting, japa walks, mantra meditation, devotional art, vegan meals, spiritual talks, Atma Kriya Yoga, simply enjoying contemplation in nature and more!

All are welcome <3 No religious or spiritual affiliation necessary to enjoy and explore <3

Krishna Janmashtami celebrates the birth of Sri Krishna, the embodiment of Prem: unconditional Divine Love.

Throughout this sacred night, you will enjoy a joyful celebration filled with singing, dancing, and beautiful ritual leading up to the moment of the beautiful reveal of the "birth" of Sri Krishna.

This night is an inner exploration for the eternal and immovable truth is the truth of the heart—the truth that everyone’s soul hides deep within. It is not for others, but for one's own self that this beautiful journey is undertaken, to move from the mundane to the eternal, from the mind to the heart.

Krishna Janmashtami is a special night when we can connect to this eternal source.

WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?

Devotional Music (kirtan) & Dancing
Kirtan is the call and response singing of the Divine Names, and is a powerful and fun way to open the heart and feel the presence of the Lord within and around us.

Powerful Ritual
Enjoy beautiful ritual embracing the beauty of Lord Krishna. A purifying blessing for all those present for the ceremony, the surrounding area, and the world at large.

You will have opportunities to offer directly to Lord Krishna on this sacred night.
