# An Exciting New Chapter for Our Community

Dear St. Croix Spirituality & Awakening Community,
We are excited to share some changes and new opportunities that are coming to our community!

St. Croix Spirituality & Awakening is not going away. We will continue to offer events specifically focused on spirituality, awakening, energy, consciousness, and spiritual growth. These events will continue to be shared and posted on the St. Croix Spirituality & Awakening Facebook page, so please stay connected there if these are topics you enjoy.
At the same time, we have seen an opportunity to expand what we offer our community.
We are excited to introduce:

## St. Croix Valley Wellness Events

This new group allows us to broaden our focus beyond spirituality and awakening and bring together wellness, health education, healing, spirituality, energy, personal growth, and community connection.

Our vision is to create a welcoming local community where people can discover new ideas, learn from knowledgeable speakers and practitioners, experience different wellness and healing modalities, and connect with others who are interested in living healthier, more connected lives.

## What Can You Expect?

We plan to continue hosting monthly speakers and educational evenings, generally on the third Wednesday of each month. Occasionally, the date may vary depending on the speaker, topic, or special event.
Some evenings may focus on physical health and wellness, while others may explore spirituality, energy, healing, or personal growth.

### Wellness & Health Education

We are especially excited to expand our educational opportunities to include topics such as:

• Hormone health and education
• Peptides and emerging wellness topics
• Red light therapy and photobiomodulation
• Wellness equipment and new wellness technologies
• Sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy
• Nutrition and healthy lifestyle education
• Holistic and integrative wellness
• Stress reduction and nervous system support

### Spirituality, Energy & Healing

You will also continue to see opportunities involving:

• Spirituality and awakening
• Energy work and energy updates
• Meditation and mindfulness
• Reiki and other healing modalities
• Sound healing
• Yoga and movement
• Intuition and personal development
• Personal and spiritual growth

### Community Wellness Experiences

In addition to our educational evenings, we hope to offer and share:

• Community Wellness Nights
• Social sauna and cold plunge experiences
• Guest speakers and wellness professionals
• Classes and workshops
• Special events
• Mini retreats
• Local wellness and spiritual events
• Opportunities to meet and connect with like-minded people

## Two Groups — Two Ways to Stay Connected

Going forward, the two Facebook communities will have slightly different purposes.
St. Croix Spirituality & Awakening will remain dedicated to events and information specifically related to spirituality, awakening, consciousness, energy, and spiritual growth. Those events will be posted on the existing Facebook page.

St. Croix Valley Wellness Events will be our broader community for health and wellness education, healing modalities, wellness technology, spirituality, energy, special events, classes, and community connection.
We encourage you to follow both groups if both areas interest you!
