About us
Who: 20s and 30s who trust in Jesus Christ as Lord
What: Gatherings with likeminded peers for fun, friendship, volunteering, and more
Where: Regular meetings at Ventura Baptist Church, 16240 Quincy St, Holland, MI 49424 (special events at other locations)
When: Usually the 1st Saturday and 3rd Friday of the month - 7:00pm (special events at other times)
Why: To provide a place for career age adults to meet other believers and form life-giving friendships.
T&T is meant to be a way to connect peers from various Bible-believing, Christ-proclaiming churches, encouraging members to stay at and invest in their local church while still having the opportunity to meet new people.
Newcomers are always welcome. There will be ice breakers and mixers each week to get you connected and kick off conversations - sometimes serious, sometimes silly. Usual event attendance is 12-16 people (they just don't all RSVP).
Don't hesitate to come solo. That's often the best way to form new connections.
I look forward to meeting you soon!

Square Dance
Studio 18, 1818 142nd Ave, Dorr, MI 49323, USA, Dorr, MI, USA live string band. Shoes landing on a wood floor to the rhythm of the music. "Dip for the oyster, dive for the pearl!" Welcome to square dancing.
God made our world with music, and since he put people in it, there's been dancing. And cultures all over the world have had their own folk dances. This is ours.
Square dancing is an easy dance to learn, and a caller tells you the steps throughout the song, after teaching the moves at the start.
Warning: you might find it impossible not to smile while square dancing!
If you're interested in carpooling, please let me know by 11/19 (Thursday). We would leave from the Zeeland Park & Ride (8531 Homestead Dr, Zeeland, MI 49464) at 6pm.
The original event description from Bethany Commans, caller and organizer, is below.

Never square danced before? No problem! Square dancing is super fun to learn and easy to catch on. Not able to bring a partner? We’ll find you one. If you've square danced before, you know how fun it is!
Feel free to bring a finger food snack to share with your fellow dancers, but it's not required.
Invite your friends and family! There is a cost to rent this location - and the band works hard. Please consider a suggested donation of $5 per person or $20 per family at the donation bucket by the door. Any amount is appreciated.
Michigan Fiddlers Association members are providing us with live music, and if you or anyone you know would like to jam with the band in addition to dancing, feel free to bring along your acoustic instrument! Waiver for photos/video and injury liability will need to be signed by everyone who attends (provided at the door).------
Still concerned because you “can't dance”? Don't worry. Each dance is taught before we dance it, and the “caller” even tells you what to do WHILE you're dancing. It can't get much easier than that! Your fellow dancers will also help you along and often mistakes turn into a fit of laughter and fun. I've seen people dance from ages 2 years old to 92 years old. At least come and give it a try!
------
Public parking is located in the public lot across the street (between the two buildings with green roofs), or behind the Studio 18 building off Pine St.
