This immersive session is intented to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore inner balance. Sound baths use vibrational frequencies to calm the nervous system, restore harmony, and promote deep relaxation.
As the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments wash over you, they work on a cellular level-soothing stress, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding you into a meditative state of peace. This session will feature Reiki healing from master, Pina Nast (no physical touch involved).
Arrive between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, to meet our hosts, Karen Woodruff and Pina Nast, enjoy some tea & cookies, shop for high vibration crystals, then claim your spot. We'll guide you to create your own cocoon of comfort. Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, a light blanket, eye mask if you like and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
