About us

Welcome to That Exactly—an Adult ADHD & Neurodivergent Community built around connection, belonging, and real life.

If you've spent years feeling misunderstood, masking parts of yourself, or wondering why life seems harder than it "should," we hope you'll find something different here: a place where you don't have to explain yourself, earn your belonging, or pretend to have it all together. You get to show up exactly as you are.

This community was created to be the kind of place many of us wish we'd found sooner: a welcoming, supportive space where adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences can connect, learn, laugh, grow, and be their authentic selves. Whether you're looking for accountability, practical strategies, meaningful friendships, or simply people who truly "get it," you're in the right place.

As someone who has ADHD myself and is deeply passionate about ADHD education and support, I started this community because I know how isolating life with ADHD can feel. My hope is that when you join us, you'll discover what so many of us have been missing: a community where you're met with understanding, compassion, and people who genuinely get it—whether you're celebrating a win, feeling stuck, or simply showing up as yourself.

We offer a variety of recurring virtual and in-person events, including body doubling, educational discussions, mindfulness, routine-building, productivity sessions, self-care, social events, Walk & Talks, Coffee Chats, creative activities, and community service opportunities. Whether you're here to get things done, learn more about your brain, make genuine friends, or simply spend time with people who understand, there's a place for you here.

Our community is centered around the adult ADHD experience while warmly welcoming many members who identify as AuDHD or have other neurodivergent experiences. We are proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, compassionate community where everyone feels seen, valued, supported, and accepted—exactly as they are.

We're so glad you're here, and we can't wait to meet you.

☀️ Mindful Mornings: Midweek Reconnect

A 40-minute ADHD-friendly space to pause, reset, and come back to yourself in the middle of your week.

By Wednesday, things can start to feel a little off.

Maybe the week didn’t go how you expected.
Maybe you’ve fallen out of your rhythm.
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or just not quite like yourself.

You don’t need to start over.

This space is here to help you reconnect—gently, without pressure.
Together, we’ll take a moment to slow things down and find our footing again:

  • Take meds, hydrate, and settle in (coffee, tea, breakfast all welcome)
  • Be offered simple, supportive ways to help your mind and body settle—nothing formal, just what helps
  • Gently move or stretch to release tension and wake things back up
  • Check in with yourself and notice what you actually need right now
  • Share in casual, low-pressure conversation (if you want to)

I’ll guide the flow—offering structure where it’s helpful, while leaving plenty of room for you to follow what you need.

This isn’t about catching up or fixing the week.
It’s about meeting yourself where you are—and adjusting from there.

You don’t need to be on track.
You don’t need to have it together.
You don’t need to explain anything.
You just need a place to come back to.

Come as you are—pajamas, bedhead, slow mornings and all.
Cameras encouraged, never required.

Let’s move through the rest of the week feeling a little more connected, a little more supported, and a little more like yourself.

A moment to remember: you’re a human being, not a human doing.
