We had so much fun Informal Running in NYC (http://nyc.informalrunning.com/) that we started an upstate spin-off in the Capital Region! The Most Informal Running Club, Ever needs more fun, energetic people to bRUNch (run+brunch), trail blaze, and laugh our way through runs at any pace or distance! No fancy gear, race bibs, or ties required :)

NOTE: the event location listed is the FINISH, but the marathon starts in Schenectady and the Half starts in Colonie Town Park. The fall colors are usually peaking around race day too!

Morning run at Ashokan Promenade followed by Brunch in Woodstock
Olive Ashokan Reservoir Promenade West Parking Lot, Olivebridge, NY 12461, USA, Olivebridge, NY, USJoin us for a scenic run in the Catskills! Ashokan is a paved and flat path making it ideal for running. This is an out and back with a total length of 5.5 miles and we will be running at a casual pace. We will be meeting at the Ashokan Reservoir Promenade West Parking Lot 8:30am. After the run we will head to Oriole 9 in Woodstock for brunch.
