About us
Let's build the Future of Agentic SaaS in Munich!
Calling all SaaS experts from startups or established companies, with business or technical background, young professional or experienced. As Agentic AI fundamentally reshapes how we build, sell, and scale software, join us to explore what this means for the SaaS ecosystem. From autonomous agent architectures and multi-agent orchestration to agentic customer success workflows and intelligent decision-making systems, we're navigating this AI evolution together.
Expect 6 face-to-face meetings per year, with changing hosts from the SaaS industry in Munich, and with two talks (one technical, one business) – now featuring agentic innovation, implementation strategies, and real-world case studies. Our approach is efficient but not perfect, we are casual and joyful.

AI agents aren't just features anymore — they're writing code, orchestrating workflows, and reshaping how B2B SaaS gets built from the ground up.
Join us on Wednesday, July 29 at Reply's Munich office for an evening with Munich's SaaS community exploring what agentic AI means for the next generation of software.
What to expect:
- Real talk on what this shift means for founders, product leaders, and engineers
- Networking with Munich's most engaged SaaS builders
Whether you're already shipping agentic features or just trying to figure out where this is all heading — this is the room to be in.
AGENDA
18:00 - Doors open with networking and drinks
18:30 - Food arrives
19:00 - Intro & welcome by SaaS.MUC team and Reply
19:15 - Henning Teek, Principal @ Storm Reply:
Coding is cheap, Software is not! - Agentic Engineering explained
AI writes code faster than ever — but faster code isn't better software. This talk introduces Agentic Engineering: using AI agents deliberately across the whole engineering process, as a structured, verifiable way to build software rather than autocomplete on steroids. We contrast it with Vibe Coding — prompting and shipping whatever comes out — to show where each works, where it breaks, and why the distinction matters. You'll leave with a clear mental model and a foundation for your team.19:45 - Networking Break
20:00 - Alan Cohen, Head of Product and Design @ NFON: Building It Was the Easy Part: Designing Trust into Agentic SaaS
The hardest problem in agentic SaaS isn't making agents smarter, it's making people trust them enough to actually use them. Field notes from designing real AI systems, from city traffic grids to autonomous voice agents, on building agents people rely on instead of switch off.20:30 - Closing - more time for Networking afterwards!
