Grow Happiness, One Seed at a Time
Hosted by Jason Nelson, Happiness Coach and author of A Balm for Your Soul: The Six Seeds of Happiness.
A place for over-givers, people-pleasers, the burned-out, and anyone ready to create more happiness, connection and wellbeing in their life.
I help you uncover the hidden emotional patterns keeping them from peace, connection and the happiness they deserve.
I used to think happiness was something you eventually arrived at, a reward waiting somewhere down the line once everything else was sorted.
It took burnout, and years of people-pleasing, to learn that happiness isn't found, it's grown, intentionally, one small choice at a time.
Those lessons became the heart of my book, A Balm for Your Soul; The Six Seeds of Happiness, and it's the same work I share with those I coach, helping uncover the hidden emotional patterns keeping them from peace, connection and the happiness they deserve.
This circle is where I bring that work to life in conversation.
Each week we explore one of the Seeds from the book: self-care, self-mastery, boundaries, kindness, relationships and connection.
We talk, reflect and share practical tools that help support our growth.
You don't need to have it all figured out, and you don't need to be in crisis to belong here. You just need a bit of curiosity and a willingness to show up.
Each session includes practical tools you can use straight away and a welcoming space where your voice matters.

Why Do I Feel Guilty Choosing Me?
·OnlineOnlineA Circle about people-pleasing, boundaries and honouring your needs.
Each session we'll explore one of the Six Seeds of Happiness and look at your opportunities to create more joy and navigate the obstacles blocking your peace.
💡 This week it's Self-Care, the seed everything else in your garden grows from.
I used to believe self-care was something I'd earn once everything else in my life was sorted.
✨️ It took burnout to teach me otherwise. Caring for yourself isn't a reward waiting at the end of doing everything right, it's the foundation that makes everything else possible and is the greatest gift you can offer to those you love. Without it, you wont have the strength to give them the support they need.
This circle moves past the usual ideas of bubble baths and quick fixes, into the deeper, sometimes uncomfortable work of choosing yourself, even when guilt shows up.
🌱 This session includes:
- a short reflection to open us up
- open conversation and shared experiences
- space to listen and reflect at your own pace
- a warm, welcoming atmosphereThere's no pressure to share and nothing to prepare beforehand.
You're welcome to simply join, listen, and take part in whatever way feels right for you.
To avoid disruption I will only admit guests for the first 10 minutes of the session.
This session will be recorded for internal review and educational resources. Only I will be highlighted on any social media usage. You're welcome to keep your camera off.

A Relationships Circle | The Six Seeds of Happiness
Each session we'll explore one of the Six Seeds of Happiness and look at your opportunities to create more joy and navigate the obstacles blocking your peace.
💡 This week we're exploring Relationships, perhaps the most complex seed in your garden, its roots tangled in shared history, unspoken obligation and the stories we've told ourselves for years.
"They remind you that you've changed.
Your unspoken fear is they haven't."For too long, I stayed loyal to relationships that left me drained and called it love. Then I started imagining I woke each morning with five energy coins in my pocket, and I asked myself a simple question: who hands coins back to me, and who empties my pockets before lunch?
✨ That question created a shift. Relationships isn't about cutting people off or building walls. It's about noticing who lifts you and who slowly drains you, and learning to choose, with compassion, where your energy goes.
Together we'll explore:
🌱 The difference between an Energy Angel and an Energy Vampire
🌱 Why you become the average of the five people closest to you
🌱 How to spot and interrupt unhealthy relationship patterns
🌱 Simple ways to protect your energy, without guiltThis session includes:
- A short reflection to open us up
- Open conversation and shared experiences
- Space to listen and reflect at your own pace
- A warm, welcoming atmosphere

Break Free From Limiting Beliefs
·OnlineOnlineChange Your Story, Change Your Life
We all tell stories. Your most powerful stories aren’t shared at parties; they’re the ones you repeat to yourself when no one’s listening.
They shape how you see yourself and your relationships. Most develop through childhood experiences and grow with you, becoming the lens through which you see the world.
Some stories give you strength.
Others feed your limiting beliefs and block your potential. They’re typically developed through fear or the conditioned part of yourself that falsely believes you’re not enough.
The truth is: you've been telling the story for so long it has stopped feeling like a story and started feeling like a fact.
It's time to rewrite your life story.
