### Cancellations, No-Shows, and Communication Policy
For all group events, we ask that you update your RSVP to "Not Attending" at least two hours before the event if you can no longer participate.
We enforce a three-strike policy for no-shows or lack of communication. If you fail to attend an event without prior notice three times, you will be removed from the group.

Whether you take inspiration from the new cupid CMF, the Love art sculpture, or one of the botanical sets, build something fun and bring your model to the meeting! There are no other rules about size, parts count etc., so your imagination is the only limit. Prizes? Build something and find out!
I have an idea for a new game to try. We'll experiment and see if it's a hit or a bust.
We will also have an "ask the ambassador" Q&A opportunity. Do you want to know about the history of SANDLUG, have question about this "LAN" thing that I refer to, or anything else related to the LUG? No, I won't be able to tell you about future product releases. This can be as long or as short as the group wants. I want to answer your questions, and not just make announcements you might be interested in.

- Gay Men's Night - Movies, Pizza, Games & Hot TubPrivate Residence, San Diego, CA
This is a Gay Men Only Event that is being cross posted from another meetup group LINK
Celebrate summer by joining us for gay movie night, pizza, gaymes, and hot-tubbing, in our home and backyard 5 to 7 minutes from Northpark and Hillcrest! Casual attire or shorts are appropriate, plus trunks for the hot tub.
The hot-tub, with a capacity of 8 (record is 14 with tetris-ing) will be heated to a cozy 102. We have plenty of towels, blankets, pizza, snacks, beverages, etc., but you are also welcome to bring a main or side-dish, dessert, or a special beverage.
We usually have around 20-25 guys coming; we had 31 on June 8th, and 41 the time before (Saturday June 14th was canceled due to No Kings). More guys come than listed as "going" because the event is listed on several Meetup & Facebook groups and communicated privately.
We request a pre-paid contribution of $12 to reserve your spot (venmo: @bert-holland Zelle: 505-303-8579), in order to cover pizza, snacks, beverages, propane, cleaning, insurance etc. The address will be sent to you the day before the event. We've done this a few times already and had an amazing time!!
If you are interested in gayming - we now have croquet, ping-pong, several game tables, board games, and several video screens. Besides that we have our snacks/food/drinks, movies, truth-or-dare, spin-the-bottle, fire-gazing, LED corn hole, and the hot-tub to enjoy for the evening!

We pick gaymes and gay movies spontaneously by vote. The movies chosen for the outdoor screen are often gay comedies - often newer films, but along the lines of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Dicks the Musical, Girls will be Girls etc., while the indoor screen might show a classic like Some Like it Hot or Whatever Happened to Baby Jane (or the Tony Awards!).
We have both the indoor home theater and outdoor theater set up, and you can watch from the hot tub. There's plenty of room both indoors and out.
If you choose to participate outdoors, we keep warm with the hot tub, covered patio, firepit, patio heater, comforters, blankets, pillows, and of course each-other.
DISCLAIMER: You certify that each person who signs up as "going" or "maybe" for this event is over 21 years of age and IDs will be checked. This is a private gathering which is not open to the public and cannot be attended by anyone who is not specifically invited. This gathering does not involve anyone paying for alcohol. If alcohol is furnished for the gathering by the organizer or others at the event, it is done at the organizer’s expense or at other attendee's expense. No attendees are charged any admission fees, bar fees, cork fees, or any other type of fees, there is no cash bar, and there are no other “fees” to be paid. Lewd or lascivious behavior will not be tolerated, any and all interpersonal interactions require an enthusiastic "yes". The organizer of this gathering is not a professional event organizer. The function of this organizer is only to organize the event, therefore, each person who signs up "going" or "maybe" for this gathering or attends this gathering is responsible for their own health and safety and personal property. By signing up for this gathering, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards associated with any gathering, indoor or outdoor activity, as well as interpersonal interactions and freely accept and fully assume all such health, safety, and property risks, dangers and hazards, and further agree to release and discharge the organizer of this meet up event from and against any and all liability arising from your participation in this event's activities. Further you agree to be held responsible for any property damage, property loss, or personal harm you may inflict on other attendees or the host.
