Volunteer-Run & Community-Powered
Our group is run by volunteer event organizers who plan and host activities in their own free time—doing things they genuinely enjoy and want to share with others. Events are created when and how our organizers are able, so schedules and offerings may vary.
If you’re interested in helping plan, host, or support events, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to us via direct message or email to get involved.
Cancellations, No-Shows & Communication Policy
If you can’t attend, please update your RSVP to “Not Attending” as soon as possible—ideally at least 2 hours before the event.
We have a three-strike policy for no-shows or lack of communication. After three instances, members may be removed. Excessive cancellations, even with notice, may also lead to removal.

Let’s kick off the July 4th holiday weekend with some strikes, spares, and a lot of laughs! Whether you’re a seasoned pro aiming for a perfect 300 or a total beginner who relies heavily on the bumpers, you are welcome here. This is a casual, social event to meet great people, knock down some pins, and grab a bite together.
We have reserved lanes at Mira Mesa Bowling Lanes for exactly 1.5 hours of continuous play.
📅 The Game Plan- 6:15 PM – 6:30 PM: Arrive, check in with the host, grab your bowling shoes, and get assigned to a lane.
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: IT'S TIME TO ROLL! 1.5 hours of unlimited bowling action.
- 8:15 PM: Wrap up - snack or drink nearby?
💰 Cost & How to Secure Your Spot
The total cost is $23 per person, which completely covers your 1.5 hours of bowling and shoe rental.
A small portion of funds collect go to support our group.
⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE: Changing your RSVP to "Yes" on Meetup does not guarantee your spot. To lock in our lanes, the venue requires prepayment.

There is a massive, free parking lot right in front of the venue, but give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot since it’s a Friday night!
❓ FAQ- "I haven't bowled since I was 10, can I still come?" YES! This is 100% a social event, not a competitive league. We are here to have fun and make friends.
- "Can I pay at the door?" Unfortunately, no. We have to pre-pay the alley for the lanes in advance based on our exact headcount.
- "What is the refund policy?" If your plans change, let the host know by July 1st for a full refund so we can give your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Spaces are limited based on lane capacity, so grab your spot early! See you on the lanes! 🌟
