Welcome to the THINGS TO DO IN UTAH - WELLNESS, HEALTH & HAPPINESS Meetup! We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Wholistic Health. Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. ### Realignment Circle with Mailee Vega
Join us for a deeply restorative women’s evening of grounding, music, and reflection with Mailee Vega, a gifted shaman and energy healer.
This experience will help you calm your nervous system and realign before the holidays.
After the circle, you’re invited to head up the canyon (weather permitting) for a bonfire under the stars a relaxed, optional gathering to connect and unwind.

Stephanie's Ignite Your Soul Path Sound Bath in the Salt Cave @ Synchronicities

Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.
Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

If a date isn't available for booking it is most likely due to a private party booking the salt cave that particular evening or the event is already at capacity. Please proceed to the next available date to book seats ahead of time for these amazing events)

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)
*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
**Recommended checking with your Dr. for those with Heart Health questions.
