Welcome to the THINGS TO DO IN UTAH - WELLNESS, HEALTH & HAPPINESS Meetup! We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Wholistic Health. Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

Healing Yin is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on long holds in specific postures (asanas) with the concentration on your breath. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this class is for everyBODY.
During this class the use of props (blocks, bolsters, pillows) is highly encouraged and will be provided, if you have your own feel free to bring them. This unique style of yoga creates balance in the body and brings peacefulness to the mind.Please bring your own mat and your most authentic self to the class :)

Come unwind with a sound healing and meditation journey designed to help your body heal, detox, and drop into deep calm.We'll use healing frequencies and a gentle guided meditation to quiet your mind and leave you feeling grounded and recharged.

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
