-What was challenging?
-What is your ideal eating habit? What's preventing you from attaining that habit?
-What is one small goal for the next 7 days?

4.) Favorite Healthy Snack
-Tell us about your favorite healthy snack and why you love it.

5.) Affirmation/Declaration
ex. “I choose progress over perfection. Every small step counts.”

-3 new years resolution regarding your health

Hello Tribe Friends!! Do you want to understand yourself better in relationships? This meetup session is a safe, encouraging space to explore attachment styles: anxious, avoidant, secure, and disorganized and how they show up in dating, partnerships, friendships, and even communication.
We’ll talk openly, reflect, and discuss our attachment style. Whether you're single, dating, in a long-term relationship, or married, this meetup session is for anyone who wants to learn more about their attachment style. Please keep in mind that I'm not an expert, I'm learning with you.
So grab your coffee or tea and let's learn together.

-What behaviors show up when you feel triggered?
-What helps you feel calm and connected in a relationship?
-What does a secure relationship look like to you?
