About us
This group is for:
- women who moved countries/cities for their partner;
- spouses/partners of skilled workers, expats, students, or immigrants;
- women rebuilding identity, friendships, career, and independence after relocation;
- women who feel their partner’s life has a clear direction, while theirs feels paused.
This group offers warm, reflective spaces for women navigating relocation and identity shifts.
Events may include online support circles, group coaching circles, reflective workshops, journaling sessions, casual conversations, and possibly in-person meetups in the future.
This is not therapy or crisis support. It is a community space with coaching-based facilitation, reflection, and honest conversation.
Hosted from Montreal, open online to women in Canada and beyond.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You’re welcome exactly where you are.

When Different Parts of You Want Different Things: IFS informed Women's Circle
·OnlineOnlineWatch here to know what to expect!
Sometimes one part of us wants rest, while another part feels guilty. One part wants connection, while another wants to disappear. One part wants change, while another is terrified.
In this women’s circle, we’ll practice noticing these inner movements with curiosity instead of shame.
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice, then I’ll guide a gentle parts-noticing exercise. After that, there will be space to share reflections in the group. Sharing is always optional — you’re welcome to simply listen and be present.
Inner conflict doesn’t mean something is wrong with us. It may simply mean that different parts of us are trying to help, protect, or be heard in different ways.
You don’t need to know IFS or "parts work" to join.
We’ll use simple, everyday language like:
- “a part of me feels…”
- “something in me wants…”
- “I notice a protective voice…”
This is not therapy, and we won’t be processing trauma in the group. It’s a reflective, supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and meet ourselves with more compassion.
Hosted by Dasha Vasileva, ACC ICF life coach and IFS-informed practitioner.
