Calming somatic work designed to release stress and tension. Through gentle stretches and guided breathwork, we create conditions for your body to soften and reset.
All are welcome–no experience needed. Bring a yoga mat or towel.
Sliding scale contribution: $5–$25 at the door.
Gentle Healing Yoga is a slow, easygoing class designed for all levels. It’s especially welcoming for beginners, seniors, or anyone who prefers a softer approach to movement. Our motto is “Stretch… don’t strain.” You’ll move through gentle stretches while creating space to relax, unwind, and connect with your body in a supportive, positive environment.
Given on a sliding scale donation basis--pay what you can afford.

No meditation experience necessary, just an open heart and mind, a desire to serve and to deepen your meditation experience.
Open ended – you may quietly leave whenever you feel ready to depart the session (Sessions last for up to 3 hours).
If attending for the first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for some instructions.
