About us
This group is for Upper Bucks County area nature lovers who enjoy observing plants, animals and landscape features while walking or hiking in natural areas. Cameras are encouraged (but not required) and all photography skill levels are welcome, from beginner to expert. In general, hikes are not intended to be fast or extremely difficult, as the purpose is to enjoy and observe nature. Members must have a picture of themselves in their profile to be considered for this group.

High Rocks Fall Colors Hike
Tohickon Valley County Park, 165 Cafferty Rd, Bucks County, PA, USEnjoy the gorgeous fall colors of High Rocks during this hike guided by local park ranger Katie M. Bring your favorite camera to capture the stunning views.
We'll meet at Tohickon Valley County Park, (165 Cafferty Rd, Pipersville, PA 18947) which has plenty of parking, then hike to High Rocks, take a break at one of the overlooks, then hike back.
This hike is 3-4 miles with some significant elevation gain & loss along the way. However, we will be hiking slowly and stopping to look at fall colors. Expect roots, loose rocks and possibly mud, depending on recent rains. Attendees must wear appropriate foot wear for trail conditions and stay on the trail. Bring water and a snack.This hike will be limited to a maximum of 12 members. It is open to all, but priority will be given to those who have attended at least one previous meetup with our group.
