When Motion Creation Isn't the Bottleneck Anymore
AI means anyone on a team can now generate an animation, whether from a prompt, a Figma frame, or an AI suggestion. So what does a modern motion workflow look like when the hard part is no longer making motion, but keeping product animations coherent, performant, and on-brand across web, iOS, and Android? In this session, Yaamin makes the case that AI has quietly turned motion from a craft problem into a scale problem, and that the answer is the same one UI already found: a system. We'll cover motion tokens (variables for motion), state machines (interactive motion driven by defined states), and governance (keeping motion consistent as teams and AI tools multiply), with real stories from real companies running motion at scale. You'll leave understanding why "many entry points, one exit" is the workflow of 2026, and how to start building a motion system of your own.Speaker
