Welcome to our Taco Tuesday Night Ride! This is a weekly Tuesday ride at South Mountain. If you plan on coming out, please have some mountain biking experience under your belt since this is a night ride, at least 5 or so rides. Night rides are not the best place to try a new sport or even your second ride. If you are very new, look for our beginner friendly weekend rides we occasionally post.
Lights are a must. Please have at least one light that is bright enough to ride in the dark, handle bar mounted recommended. A second helmet mounted light is highly recommend but not necessary. Bring plenty of water during the summer months, at least 1.5 Liters or more.
If no members (beside ride leaders) are signed up 6 hours prior to the ride, we may cancel the ride at any time after that due to the lack of participation. We also may decide to cancel the ride due to rain or inclement weather including but not limited to heat and dust storms.
Please arrive 15 to 5 minutes before the start time, message a ride leader if running late. We will leave fairly promptly at the indicated time.
The ride will be around 7-12 miles long on average, depending on weather and post events, and will be around 2 hours of time.
Food and Drinks after are optional after. Current food spots include Zeeks, Los Taquitos and Electric Pickle 🥒.
