Welcome to Blue Lens Collective, a trauma-informed, body-positive wellness community rooted in the belief that healing, movement, and connection belong to every body, no exceptions.

Founded by Chrissy Randolph, a Yoga-Alliance Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher (RPYT, RYT-200) and YogaBody Certified Deep Stretch Coach based in Prince William County, Virginia.

What we gather around:

Our meetups weave together prenatal and postnatal yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, restorative practices, and mindfulness...all held within a space that honors diverse bodies, lived experiences, and healing journeys.

Whether you're expecting, postpartum, navigating chronic pain, or simply craving a slower, more intentional way to move, there is a place for you here.

We also explore the mind-body connection through our signature frameworks — including the SHIFT Method — which help clients recognize stress patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and build sustainable wellness from the inside out.

This is a community, not a performance.
