Mapping and Automate Your Work

Before you can automate something, you have to see it clearly.

This lab uses a surprisingly powerful exercise borrowed from systems thinking to help you map your own work, find the one piece that AI can take off your plate, and leave with an actual automated task running in your life.
You stay the designer. AI does the repeat work.
What you'll do

• Learn to see any process clearly before trying to change it
• Identify which parts of your work are worth handing off
• Understand scheduling as the simplest form of automation
• Build and run an actual scheduled task using Claude or ChatGPT

What you walk away with

• A mapped process from your own work or life
