Join us for an educational workshop created specifically for new Realtors who want to better understand how the real estate business works beyond the licensing exam. This session will cover many of the practical questions new agents ask as they begin their careers, including: • How do I find my first clients? • What happens after I meet my first buyer or seller? • Choosing the right brokerage for your professional goals There will also be time for questions, discussion, and networking with other new real estate professionals. This workshop is educational in nature and is intended to help attendees better understand the real estate profession. **Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served.** ## Our Community The Southern California New Realtor Network is more than a workshop series. Our goal is to create a welcoming community where newly licensed real estate professionals can meet others entering the industry, exchange ideas, ask questions, and continue learning together. In addition to educational workshops, members are encouraged to participate in networking events, group discussions, Q&A sessions, coffee meetups, and other opportunities to connect with fellow Realtors throughout Southern California. Whether you're looking to expand your professional network, meet other new agents, or simply learn from shared experiences, this community is designed to help members connect with one another while growing their understanding of the real estate profession. ## Meet the Speaker The workshop will be led by **Syd Leibovitch**, Founder & President of Rodeo Realty. Since founding Rodeo Realty in 1986, Syd has spent nearly four decades working in residential real estate throughout Southern California. Throughout his career, he has mentored and educated thousands of real estate professionals and frequently speaks on topics related to the housing market, professional development, and the real estate industry. This workshop is part of the Southern California New Realtor Network, where members can continue learning, meet fellow real estate professionals, and participate in future educational and networking events throughout the year.

Roll Up/Roll Into Northern Cafe (FAMILY style)

Sat, Aug 22, 6:00 PM
From Brunch With Us!
4.8

\*\*\*WE WILL BE EATING FAMILY STYLE\*\*\* I recently discovered Beef Rolls that come from Northern China. So yummy and seemingly healthy (haha). I know, I know, why did it take me so long to find these, right? So, let's roll up / roll into Northern Cafe in El Segundo for some delightful Chinese food. The regional manager states that their most popular items are dumplings, beef fried noodles, cucumber salad, noodle soups, and beef fried rice. Bring Cash - we are eating family style!! [Menu — Northern Cafe](https://www.northerncafeus.com/menu) Usual reminders: 1. Please bring cash for easy bill settlement. 2. Allow extra time and patience for parking. There is free parking in the big lot. May be crowded. 3. We have an attendance policy 4. No children under 18 are allowed to this event 5. The $1 event fee is to cover the costs of running this meetup and *will be collected at the door*.
