Day trip by coach - Wrest Park House & Gardens! (only £33 each)

Come along on Saturday 18th July for a coach trip to Wrest Park House & Gardens in Bedfordshire! **About the day** Wrest Park is a country estate with a mansion and over 92 acres of gardens. The gardens surround the mansion and include a number of other buildings, monuments and statues including a Chinese summerhouse, the Archer pavilion, Bowling Green house, the Ladies' Lake, Chinese bridge and a dog cemetery. The site goes back to the 13th century and from then until the 20th century, it was occupied by the de Grey family, Its now owned and run by English Heritage. The mansion is in the style of a French chateau and has numerous paintings from the last 300 years, The mansion and gardens were also used in the T.V series 'Bridgerton'. An English Heritage archaeological collection store is based at Wrest Park, which has over 150,000 artifacts taken from properties such as fireplaces, doors, Victorian banisters and beams, pre-historic antlers and Roman bridges. **Entry Cost** Entry is £17 per person (payable by cash or credit card on the day).
