Please complete the [mentor application form](https://forms.gle/9yZHBrTzxBBJGJdB6) As a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to share your experience, support aspiring women in tech, and help shape the next generation of leaders.Anyone if Rise is running a six-month mentoring programme designed to empower women leaders by pairing experienced senior-executive women with promising junior- or mid-career women in a one-to-one mentoring relationship. The aim is to develop leadership skills (such as strategic thinking, decision-making and people skills), expand professional networks, boost confidence and improve retention of women into higher roles.
