At SemiReal, we believe the future of storytelling looks and feels like film — but plays like a game. We welcome all Filmmakers, Game Devs, and anyone interested in interactive storytelling and media innovation. **WHAT WE DO:** 1. ***Showcase:*** Anyone is invited to give a \~5 min demo of the gamified/interactive projects they're working on. 2. ***SemiReal updates and tutorial:*** Mini workshop where we show how the SemiReal engine works, new features, and Q&A. 3. **Brainstorming sesh:** We reveal the theme of the week, and all together brainstorm ideas for a gamified film/story/game that can be made in a week. 4. ***Networking and Hands-On:*** Everyone is invited to form groups, work on their interactive projects (writing, filming, gamification...) or just hang out. City Sounds: Decks, Drinks, & Games

Come join us for our next Weds game night and open decks! This week Zak is bringing a bunch of old school video games - Super NES, PS1 etc! ECBG Friday Meetup

We are ECBG, the Eastern Community Boardgame Group and we meet every Friday at 7pm. Come join us to experience lots of fun with board games, card games, social deduction games and more! We're a friendly group with a diverse group of attendees and welcome everyone to participate. Feel free to come along whether you're a seasoned veteran or just want to try out the hobby. We have lots of people that bring games along and they're all happy to teach games to new players. Bring your own games if you like too, announce the game you wish to run and you'll find players within our group. If you're new, don't worry about lack of numbers in prior attendance lists, we typically have 20-35 players each week. Attendance at our meetups is free, but Easts Club do require you to sign in to enter the club so valid ID is required. Although optional, if you start to attend our free events regularly, you may wish to consider joining Easts as a member in which case there is a small per year membership fee (under $10) to Easts and comes with perks and discounts. You can inquire further on this with Easts direct as you enter the club. We generally meet in the Bondi Room, the large area next to Artie's Bar on Level 1. Sometimes when there is an event on, we might be in Artie's Bar itself instead or in the function room on level 3. Club staff should be able to direct you to us if you're lost. Just ask where the board gaming group is. See you there!

The Art Syndicate's weekly games night has been running for over two years. The regulars keep coming back. That's the whole story, really. Come as you are. **If you've got $10 to spend at the bar, that's what keeps the collection growing**. Monday Board Games!

Where: We can be found in the dining area to the left of the entrance, behind the bar. Make sure to come in and say hi when you get there! Everyone is super friendly and can point you towards a moderator if you are new. When: From 6:30 pm till 10:30 pm every Monday Ages: 18+ Price: $6 to be paid by card We are a relaxed group of gamers who meet to play a few games and have a laugh. Mondays are a time to play any game you feel like. We are a friendly community and new people are welcome all the time! If you don't have a game to play then there is sure to be someone available to teach you. Make sure to go up to a table and introduce yourself, we are all really friendly. Looking forward to seeing you all at an event soon! **Venue Support Policy** Our board game nights are hosted by a food and drink venue that generously provides us with space each week and allows us to store our games. In return, we have an agreement to support the venue by purchasing food and drinks on site. To respect this agreement and ensure we can continue using the space, **outside food and drink are strictly not permitted at our events**. We ask all participants to please support the venue instead when attending. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive relationship with the venue and keep the group running.

Are you ready for the next Tabletop Tuesday? Tabletop Tuesdays is back at Game Plus! Developing a board or card game? Or just like playing? Join us at Game Plus on the last Tuesday of the month for Tabletop Tuesdays! If you have a game you are developing then bring it along to playtest with others. If not then either turn up to do some playtesting, or play some other commercially available games. If you own a game you would like to play then bring it along. There should be a few options to try.
