A Princeton University graduate, he holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. **Dan M. Berkovitz** — Vice Chairman for External and Regulatory Affairs at Millennium. Previously, Berkovitz served as General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and General Counsel of the CFTC. While serving as CFTC General Counsel, he played a significant role in the formulation and implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, including the development and implementation of the special rule governing event contracts. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School, where he teaches derivatives regulation.
