The intention of this group is to build a small community of people who want to slow down, practice together, and support one another. We simply sit in silence with our phones off, followed by an optional discussion on Buddhism and meditation. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up with curiosity and respect. Because this is a small gathering in my home, I'll have a brief conversation with everyone before their first visit to learn about their practice and make sure the group is a good fit for everyone.
