Actors say its always more fun to play the villain....and we as gamers wholeheartedly agree! Join us for a fun night as our game nights return (after moving back a week for Memorial Day) by playing Villainy Games!! Essentially any game where at least one player plays a conniving, murderous, scheming villain! We truly have some amazing games coming out so come on out for a night in reveling in evil! Sam will be hosting **[LAST FRIDAY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kz9dJx1bl9A),** a super fun and thematic camp killer game! Most of the players play as camp counselors that have just arrived to the camp. However another player plays the killer who stalks their tents at night. The players must survive 2 nights and 2 days and either the players or the killer will win! Mike will be hosting **[JAWS: THE BOARD GAME!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmFGqtuYWgU)** In this wild game, one person plays the iconic white shark and tries to eat all the rest of the players. The players have various tools at their disposal but as we know from the movie, the shark is a formidable foe! Dylan will be hosting **[DISNEY'S VILLANOUS,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1JoAR9icU0)**[ ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1JoAR9icU0)a game where you play as iconic Disney villains trying to our villain one another. Hetul will be hosting **[MARVEL VILLIANOUS,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8lrkYTef98)** a game where you play as iconic marvel villains trying out out scheme one another. This game plays slightly different than regular Villainous and has a few more rules that add to the fun and complexity. And Justin will be hosting **[LORDS OF WATERDEEP,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPP4BhtW2fM)** a game where you play as a sleazy leader of the iconic D&D town who seeks to spread your wealth an influence as far as possible to become the highest lord of Waterdeep! Let's Play "This War of Mine"

Sat, Jun 13, 7:00 PM
From Video Game Book Club - San Francisco
4.7

For this month's game we are playing the survival game *This War of Mine*. *In This War Of Mine you do not play as an elite soldier, rather a group of civilians trying to survive in a besieged city; struggling with lack of food, medicine and constant danger from snipers and hostile scavengers. The game provides an experience of war seen from an entirely new angle.* *This War of Mine* is available on Steam, Switch, PlayStation, Xbox and mobile. Play through the game as much as you can for our discussion; even if you don't complete the game, you're welcome to come to discuss as well as nominate future titles. We will be meeting at Patriot House, a bar on the top floor of Two Embarcadero Center. Look for us in the back patio area! To discuss the meetup, access more information, and keep in touch with other members, join the VGBC Discord: https://discord.gg/t97Bfv6qsF
