Then, we will dive into **Part 1 of David Deida’s The Way of the Superior Man**. You do not need to have finished it or agree with everything in the book. Come with a passage that stuck with you, an idea you disagreed with, a question you have been wrestling with, or simply some curiosity. We’ll use the book as a starting point to talk about bigger questions: What does it mean to live with purpose? How do you become more grounded and authentic in your relationships? What are you currently trying to figure out in your own life? The goal is not to sit around pretending we have all the answers (because we don't). It is to have the kind of honest conversation that is hard to find elsewhere. Whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship, married, starting over, or anywhere in between, and regardless of your age, you’re welcome. A wide variety of games will be available - from lightweight and shorter games to heavy games with long play times. Hope to see you there! Thu, Aug 6, 10:00 PMBoard gamers of all kinds are welcome to our Thursday night board gaming event. **If this will be your first time attending on a Thursday, we highly recommend that you join our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/f3uqDJjEec) to find a scheduled game to join.** The majority of Thursday evening games are pre-scheduled via Discord, but we do leave one or two tables open for unscheduled games—if you would like to play at one of those tables please arrive as close to the 6PM start time as possible to increase the chance that there will be space available. Looking for something more freeform? Try our Friday and Sunday events, which are almost entirely comprised of unscheduled, “pick-up” games for you to play! ABOUT In this crazy Coronavirus world, many of us are feeling isolated and need to socialize. We created Online WORD Game party event to allow you to do just that, in a fun safe environment. HOW IT WORKS This completely online event will be LIVE and you will be able to see and hear the other participants while playing. In addition you get to meet and interact with other participants. At game time, your host will show you a word search board. Your goal is to come up with as many words as you can within the specified time frame (Typically 90-120 seconds). The person(people) who made the most words, will get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize at the end of the event. You also can earn raffle tickets for audience participation and finding certain bonus words. We will also play Categories, Rebus and other word games. (You must be on camera if you want a chance to win prizes.
