Monday Ping Pong Social @Bounce Battersea Power Station

Ping Pong is all about Beer, Bragging rights and making Buddies! Come along to the Ping Pong Social at Bounce Shoreditch to unwind, meet likeminded people and of course show off your whiff whaff skills! This event is crafted to serve both serious Table Tennis players with lots of challenges & tournaments, as well as the social players with tailor made games for singles, couples, colleagues & friends. With music playing and drinks flowing you will be able to choose from a variety of creative and quirky games including Ping Pong Tournaments, Social Doubles, Round Pong, Weapon Pong etc. There will be prizes for winners that include bottle of Prosecco & Medals and free entry to future events. We are usually by tables 15,16, 17 this is where you should meet us. However, if we change the tables or if you can't find us for whatever reason, please call/text host Vin and/or ask at reception for us, and you will be directed to us. Join us for board games at The Wheatsheaf every Wednesday. We are a friendly bunch of locals. Some of us are new to board games, whilst others have a few years experience of playing and teaching our games. We always try to make newcomers feel welcome… come and check us out! Wednesday nights start off with a mix of quick, lightweight fun stuff as people arrive. Then we move onto playing a wide range of games to suit the tastes of whoever shows up on the night. We often revert back to lighter games before we head home. We usually have around 12 to 24 people turn up, so don’t believe the attendance numbers you see on here… We have a lovely WhatsApp community that you can join when you attend this event. Join us for board games at Drinks & Dice in Teddington. We play a wide range of modern board and card games and typically start the evening with some light party games before getting into other favourites. All are welcome, please come and say hello. There is a £3.00 cover charge payable at the venue.

Board Games Night - Ye Olde Swan

Introducing Social Meeples! A local board game club based in Thames Ditton. Been running since mid 2023, however new to meetup as would love to welcome more new faces to our club. We run every two weeks on a Thursday evening - Ye Olde Swan from 7pm. The evening starts at 7pm usually flows as follows: Start of the night as people arrive, general socialising & start off with a quick group game. Once this concludes, we break into multiple groups depending on game type, interest and complexity & the night rolls on from there, generally finishing by 10pm. Each week members are encouraged to bring along games they wish to play & we choose games from the selection available on the night. We find this is a great way to play new games. We are beginner friendly; with a run down on the rules of each game before we start.

Board Games @ActOne Cinema in West London

We meet monthly, on the first Wednesday of the month, for some gaming fun, chat and drinks! We meet at ActOne Cinema, at 119-121 High St, W3 6NA. Free entry! There is a contactless donation tap point at the venue. If you are able to donate, your donations will go towards covering this group's MeetUp subscription fees. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or brand new to the world of board games, this event is perfect for everyone. You can bring and host your own games, join other people's games or play one from our newbie-friendly collection. If you don't know how to play a game someone will teach you and if you come alone we'll help you find a group. Our friendly and welcoming group is excited to meet new members and share our love for all things gaming, so grab your favorite board game and come join us for a fantastic game night! Some notes: 1. You can join anytime after 6pm, but the earliest you come, the easier will be to find a group. 2. All the games either belong to the group or to individuals who come to the meetup. Please take good care of all games - be careful with nearby drinks, help put everything back in the box after you're done and return them to the owner/organiser. 3. Drinks and food not bought at the venue are not allowed. The cinema has a great variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some snacks and it's a not-for-profit, community space that needs our support! 4. We are of course LGBTQI+ friendly! 5. Pets are welcome!

Weekly Gaming at the Bedford

This event will be held in the Ballroom, more room for everyone. Welcome to the world of board gaming, if you’ve been before you know the score! If it’s your first time, please remember to read the description and rules, we don’t have many but there are some. We are a group of people who like to play (or learn) modern board games. From the highly technical to the simplest of games, from the seasoned gamer to the first timer, all are welcome. We cater for nearly all modern games as per our rules. We would be delighted if you wanted to join us, please don't fret if there is a long waitlist, this tends to disappear a day or two before the event, sometimes even on the day, so keep an eye out. Come have a drink, meet like minded friendly people and let the battles commence. If you have a game you would like to play, please mention it in the comments and see if others would like to join you. You can join one of the other games mentioned there already or even request that someone brings a game that you would really like to play. If you do bring a game, it would be great if you could teach it, but someone else might know it. If you don’t know the rules to any of the games being played, don’t worry too much, there are some great teachers here and they’ll let you know the rules to any game they’re playing. It would be best if you could be here by the start time, but if you can’t you could always let people know and they might wait for you to arrive before playing. Otherwise, you might have to wait for people to finish playing before you can join in another game. If you are new, please look for the person in the hi-vis jacket, or ask for one of the hosts, Rocky, Dori, Michele, Rafa or Rakshita and we will make sure you get into a game that suits you and your gaming level. Please abide by the rules and mostly, have fun!

Tabletop Tuesday – Board & Card games for all!

**Tabletop Tuesday** brings you some of the best and friendliest gaming in London. If you’re looking to meet new friends, play games in a welcoming community and be in with a chance to win fantastic prizes, come along to Loading (Stoke Newington) on a Tuesday evening for one of London’s best game nights. Our crew will help you find a game, make friends and have lots of fun. Just ask for Tabletop Tuesday's at the bar and we’ll help you get settled in. You're welcome to bring your own games or take advantage of the fantastic library of games we have at the bar – all for free! **Feature Game**: Each week we feature a different game. There is usually the opportunity to win a copy of this game just by playing it on the night. This is not happening at this is. (If you want to play other CCG games such as MTG, you are also welcome to do so. More organised play is available on other evenings, but welcome to play at TtT.) Tuesday Board Games at The Old Frizzle, Wimbledon

We meet every Tuesday from 6pm at the Old Frizzle Pub in Wimbledon. Please support us by coming along, with or without your own games. There will be a selection of games already available. New members are always welcomed. We usually start with a couple of light games to get everyone involved and then split into smaller groups to play games of your choice.

The Old Frizzle is about 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon train station.
