A casual (but coordinated) coffee break to meet new friends, take a Zoom break, and get your AM caffeine fix. Stop by for a few minutes or stay the whole time. Bring a friend or wander in solo. Come for the coffee and company, or just bring a book to read while surrounded by other in-real-life, community-seeking humans. Come by every Friday, or just when you happen to be in town. Make it whatever you need it to be that week. It's not an \*event\* per se, but we hope these Friday meet-ups can become a fixture of the bookshop! Gathering spot will be in the downstairs area of the bookshop (near the Community Library). Coffee and tea are 1.50€ and can be purchased at the cash register upstairs. Hipersticiones Liminales

Amigxs de #Barcelona: Lxs invitamos a participar de “Hipersticiones Liminales”, un club de lectura sobre LA NACIÓN DE LOS SUEÑOS DIURNOS de @juanmattio y ESTÉTICAS LIMINALES de @valentinatanni, conducido por @lucileandrohernandez. Será el miércoles 16 de septiembre, a las 19:00, en @lamalinchelibreria. Gratis, con la compra de uno de los dos libros. Tanto ESTÉTICAS LIMINALES como LA NACIÓN DE LOS SUEÑOS DIURNOS exploran la profunda crisis ontológica que la cultura digital y la inteligencia artificial provocan al disolver las fronteras entre lo físico, lo virtual y lo onírico. Mientras que el ensayo de Tanni cartografía cómo fenómenos nativos de internet —como el vaporwave, los backrooms o el weirdcore funcionan como un nuevo surrealismo de masas y una estrategia de fuga hacia dimensiones extrañas o alucinatorias frente a una realidad asfixiante, la novela de Mattio lleva esta inquietud al terreno de la ficción especulativa al imaginar un colapso metafísico donde una IA generativa conjura “materia hipersticional” que invade nuestro mundo. Ambas obras dialogan al concebir la red y las nuevas tecnologías no como simples herramientas, sino como umbrales y nuevas formas de vida capaces de alterar de manera definitiva el tejido mismo de la realidad y nuestra concepción de la verdad. ¡Lxs esperamos!
