**An honest conversation about the lifelong practice of knowing yourself, and showing up as yourself.** Over the past three months, Confidence Lab has explored a simple but powerful idea: confidence begins with seeing ourselves clearly. Self-awareness isn't something we achieve once, it's a lifelong practice. As we become more aware of our strengths, patterns, values, and blind spots, we gain the ability to make choices that are more intentional, more aligned, and more authentic. Join us as we wrap up our first quarterly theme, **Seeing Clearly**, with an engaging conversation about what it really takes to continue growing in self-awareness over time. **Description** What does it mean to know yourself?
