And even while working on something genuinely exciting, it can feel strangely isolating. We built agents to save time. Then we filled the saved hours with more screen time. The AI community debates the future of work, intelligence, and human connection—often alone, hunched over a laptop. That’s the contradiction: a technology designed to empower us can easily leave us stationary and disconnected. ## THE SOLUTION Token Break changes the setting. No screens. No pitches. No decks. Es werden also mehr Menschen teilnehmen, als du hier siehst** Am 20. September wählen wir Berliner:innen unser nächstes Abgeordnetenhaus sowie die Bezirksverordnetenversammlungen. Viele von uns stellt das vor Fragen: Wähle ich dieselbe Partei wie immer, oder ist meine Stimme diesmal bei einer anderen Partei besser aufgehoben? Wem traue ich gerade am ehesten zu, das Leben in meiner Stadt besser zu machen? Und ist es jetzt richtig, strategisch zu wählen, oder doch idealistisch? Bei diesem Event wollen wir uns genau über solche Fragen austauschen: Wir werden Fragen, Meinungen und Argumente suchen und gemeinsam nachdenken, ohne zu versuchen, uns gegenseitig von einer Wahlentscheidung zu überzeugen. Für diese Veranstaltung ist das Diskussions-Experiment zu Gast beim Kultursommerfest in der Bibliothek Tempelhof. Von 15-20 Uhr findet an diesem Tag ein reichhaltiges Kulturprogramm rund um das Rathaus Tempelhof und die Bezirkszentralbibliothek statt. Weitere Informationen findest du in den FAQs weiter unten. **FAQ** ***Was kann ich von dem Event erwarten?*** Jede Veranstaltung ist ein Experiment, daher ist es schwierig, genau vorherzusagen, wie sie verlaufen oder sich anfühlen wird. Wir versuchen in jedem Event eine entspannte und anregende Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der wir verschiedene Aspekte und Perspektiven des Themas gemeinsam erkunden. Zu Beginn der Diskussion werden wir spezielle Spielregeln einführen, die das Gespräch langsamer, fokussierter und entspannter machen. ***Für wen ist dieses Event gedacht?*** Diese Veranstaltung richtet sich an alle, die sich für das Thema und/oder das Konzept interessieren. Wir möchten einen Raum schaffen, in dem sich Menschen jeden Alters, jeder Identität und jeder Herkunft willkommen fühlen. Der Gesundheitsmarkt wächst und Longivity, KI und Suplements treiben die Entwicklung voran. Gleichzeitig kommt unser Gesundheitssystem an seine Grenzen. Der **"Salon der Zukünfte**" öffnet den Raum um Zukunft zu denken. Das Erlebnisformat beginnt mit einem pointierten Impuls zur Methode Futures Thinking und Informationen aus der Zukunftsforschung mit Fokus "Gesundheit".
