Social Ads Accelerator: 1 Day Intensive Workshop in Melbourne

Thu, Aug 20, 2:00 PM
From Mangates Global Professional Learning Network

**Social Media Ads Bootcamp: Solving the Real Challenges That Cost You Ad Spend** "Great ad campaigns aren't luck. They're built, one day is enough to turn wasted spend into measurable results." **Program Details** **Duration:** 1 Full Day (8 Hours) **Delivery Mode:** Classroom (In-Person) **Language:** English **Credits:** 8 PDUs / Training Hours **Certification:** Course Completion Certificate **Refreshments:** Lunch, Snacks, and beverages will be provided during the session **Solve These Problems Before Your Next Ad Campaign** **If you would like weekend training sessions, kindly reach out to us at [info@mangates.com](info@mangates.com) for availability and scheduling.** **Where Ad Campaigns Actually Fall Apart** Not in the platform. Not in the budget size. Usually right at the moment targeting, creative, or bidding decisions go wrong and there's no clear system to catch it. That waste isn't inevitable it's a signal most marketers don't know how to read until the budget's already gone. This bootcamp closes that gap. Nine modules, each built around a real ad performance challenge, each giving you a technique you can apply immediately. **At a Glance** 9 modules. 1 day. 1 complete ad campaign process, covering everything from audience targeting and creative development to budgeting, platform-specific strategy, and performance optimization. No wasted sessions, no filler content, just a working framework you can apply the moment you walk out the door. **Nine Sticking Points, Nine Fixes** * **You don't understand how paid social ecosystems actually work** — Module 1 covers paid social platforms, their benefits and challenges, and key differences between ad platforms. * **Your targeting feels like a guess, not a strategy** — Module 2 covers audience segmentation, buyer personas, and retargeting with custom audiences. * **Your ad creative doesn't grab attention or convert** — Module 3 focuses on persuasive ad copy, effective visuals, and consistent branding. * **Your budget disappears without clear results** — Module 4 covers realistic budgeting, CPC/CPM/CPA models, and allocating spend across platforms. * **You're not getting results from Facebook or Instagram ads** — Module 5 covers Meta Ads Manager, lookalike audiences, placements, and A/B testing. * **LinkedIn and Google campaigns underperform** — Module 6 covers B2B targeting on LinkedIn, keyword and display targeting on Google, and measuring success through insights. * **You can't tell what's working and what isn't** — Module 7 covers key performance metrics, identifying underperforming ads, and refining campaigns with data. * **Your ads risk violating platform policies or losing relevance** — Module 8 covers ad policy guidelines, avoiding ad fatigue, and managing client expectations and reporting. * **You're not sure how to turn lessons into a real strategy** — Module 9 covers reviewing real-world campaigns and building your own mock ad plan. **Nothing Here Happens in Isolation** Weak targeting leads to wasted budget. Generic creative undermines even well-targeted campaigns. Fix these in silos, and you're still patching one leak at a time. This bootcamp connects the fixes, so by day's end, you're not holding scattered tactics — you have one connected process from targeting to optimization. **The Method Behind the Fixes** Rather than presenting abstract theory, each module follows a practical, hands-on structure: 1. **Identify the problem** — What typically goes wrong at this stage, and why 2. **Learn the framework** — A structured, repeatable method to address it 3. **Apply it immediately** — Through hands-on activities and platform practice 4. **Walk away with a tool** — Something usable in your very next campaign **What You'll Be Able to Do Differently** By the end of this bootcamp, you will be able to: * Create and manage effective paid campaigns across multiple social media platforms * Target audiences strategically and optimize ad delivery for maximum performance * Use analytics tools to measure, interpret, and improve ad results * Allocate budgets and manage bidding strategies effectively * Create ad content that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions **Who Faces These Problems (and Should Attend)?** * Digital marketing freelancers * Marketing agencies managing paid campaigns for clients **©2026 Mangates Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. This content is protected by copyright law. Copy or Reproduction without permission is prohibited.** **Format** Practical, applied learning — hands-on platform exercises and activities built around real ad performance challenges. You'll practice solving the actual problems, not just discuss them. **For Teams Facing the Same Challenges** If your agency or marketing team is running into these issues collectively, this bootcamp is available as a customized in-house session — tailored to your industry, platforms, and specific pain points. Delivered on-site or virtually, with group pricing available. **📧 Contact us today to schedule a customized in-house session: [corporate@mangates.com](corporate@mangates.com)** **FAQs** **1\. Do I need prior experience in running ad campaigns to attend?** No, the bootcamp works for both beginners and experienced marketers looking to sharpen their skills. **2\. Is this bootcamp only for agency professionals?** Not at all it's built for digital marketing freelancers and agency teams managing paid campaigns alike. **3\. Filmonik Meetup and screening #130

Tue, Aug 25, 8:00 AM
From Filmonik Melbourne Short Filmmaking and Screenings
4.6

Filmonik Melbourne is an open filmmaking group with monthly open-screen screenings like an open-mic for films. Meet at Eclipse on Tuesday July 28th for our 130th screening and it's our proven mix of immediate, spontaneous, crafty, fun, inventive and weird short films. You should expect comedies, a bit of drama, animation maybe, there's generally one suspense/thriller, one music video, some fun trash, horror or documentary but sometimes we don't even know what will be playing. Films are generally under 8 minutes to keep things fresh and fun, followed by a quick QA with the director to hear about the process. Enjoy the networking, meet the artisans, recruit for your next short film, hang out, **DETAILS:** Admission $13+fees = $13.83. Tickets at https://events.humanitix.com/filmonik-130-open-screen-short-films Tickets at the door if still available ($15 cash exact change, or Square) FILMS UNRATED (18+ by default). Content may offend. TUESDAY JULY 28 at Eclipse Cinema 32 Wellington Street, Collingwood. This is an accessible venue, DDA-compliant. 6pm start. Please arrive in advance so we can start at 6:15pm at the latest. Eclipse is Licensed to serve a range of quality wines & craft beers and has homemade Choc Tops, popcorn or sweets. **FILMMAKERS:** Our open-screen get pretty popular these days so the best practice is submitting in advance at filmonik.com.au/submit-your-film or [info@filmonik.com.au](mailto:info@filmonik.com.au) so we can reserve you a spot in the program. Films under 4-minutes get close-to-automatic entry, and anything over may get held up until there's a quiet month. A quick QA with the host follows each film. Organize your own premiere with us or run a cheeky pre-premiere of your festival film. Guidelines here: filmonik.com.au/how-to-screen. Filmonik is part of the worldwide Kino movement active in 30+ cities around the world since 1999.

GTM Mastery: A One-Day Strategy Session in Melbourne

GTM Mastery: A One-Day Strategy Session in Melbourne

Fri, Aug 21, 2:00 PM
From Mangates Global Professional Learning Network

**Master Go-to-Market Strategy for Successful Product Launches** Master Go-to-Market Strategy in 1 day. Learn product positioning, pricing, sales alignment, demand generation, and launch planning to drive successful product launches. **Program Details** **Duration:** 1 Full Day (8 Hours) **Delivery Mode:** Classroom / Inhouse **Language:** English **Credits:** 8 PDUs / Training Hours **Certification:** Course Completion Certificate **Refreshments:** Lunch, Snacks, and beverages will be provided during the session **Every Successful Launch Has a Day One. This Could Be Yours.** **If you would like weekend training sessions, kindly reach out to us at [info@mangates.com](info@mangates.com ) for availability and scheduling.** **The Problem Wasn't the Product** The product was ready. The team had spent months building it. But the launch fell flat, sales didn't know how to position it, marketing was targeting the wrong audience, and by the time anyone noticed, the momentum was already gone. That's not a product problem. It's a go-to-market problem, and it happens far more often than most teams realize. **The Moment a Launch Actually Comes Together** Picture this: a product manager walks into a launch planning meeting with a clear customer segment, a sharp value proposition, and sales and marketing already aligned on messaging. Instead of scrambling after launch day, the team is executing a plan they built together. That's not luck. That's a process, and it's exactly what this one-day workshop is built to teach. **How the Day Unfolds** * **Module 1: Introduction to Go-To-Market Strategy** — They learn what a GTM strategy actually is, why it matters, and how to get cross-functional stakeholders coordinated from day one. * **Module 2: Understanding the Target Market** — A case study pushes them to segment customers properly, using research tools to uncover real pain points and jobs to be done. * **Module 3: Crafting Unique Value Proposition** — Through a role-play, they sharpen product positioning into messaging and an elevator pitch that actually lands. * **Module 4: Product and Pricing Strategy** — A group activity has them testing pricing models against competitive scenarios, until the numbers align with real product-market fit. * **Module 5: Sales Enablement & Channel Strategy** — Scenario planning walks them through direct versus indirect channels, aligning sales messaging, and handling objections before they arise. * **Module 6: Marketing and Demand Generation** — They build awareness and conversion strategies, mapping out a real launch playbook for the marketing team to execute. * **Module 7: Operational Readiness** — A team activity surfaces the internal training, governance, and logistics needed so the whole organization is aligned before launch day. * **Module 8: Measuring Success & KPIs** — An exercise has them setting real business objectives and building the dashboards to track whether the launch is actually working. * **Module 9: Real-World Application & Case Studies** — By the end of the day, they aren't just theorizing, they're applying GTM frameworks directly to their own product, learning from real launches that succeeded and failed. **What Changes By the End** **Attendees leave able to:** * Understand core GTM frameworks and tools for product success * Identify target markets and define compelling value propositions * Develop pricing strategies that align with customer needs * Coordinate sales, marketing, and product for unified execution * Plan, launch, and evaluate GTM strategies using measurable KPIs **Who Finds Themselves Here** * Product managers * Marketing professionals * Sales leaders * Business development managers * Startup founders and entrepreneurs **Real Practice, Not Passive Listening** Every attendee works through case studies, role-play, and scenario planning, live, in the room. The scenario above isn't hypothetical, it reflects exactly what happens when teams launch without a coordinated plan, and how this workshop prepares them to launch with one. **©2026 Mangates Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. This content is protected by copyright law. Copy or Reproduction without permission is prohibited.** **Bring This to Your Organization** Picture an entire product and marketing team walking into their next launch already aligned, on positioning, pricing, and messaging, before day one. This workshop is available as a customized in-house session, on-site or virtual, with group pricing for organizations ready to build that capability together. **📧 Contact us today to schedule a customized in-house session: [corporate@mangates.com](corporate@mangates.com)** **FAQs** **1\. Do I need prior leadership experience to attend this workshop?** No, this workshop works for both newly promoted leaders and experienced professionals looking to sharpen their skills. **2\. Is this only for doctors and nurses?** Not at all, it's built for anyone in a healthcare setting, including administrators, support staff, and students entering the field. **3\. Will I actually practice real scenarios\, or is this mostly lecture\-based?** You'll work through role-play, case studies, and simulation throughout the day, not passive listening. **4\. What if I struggle with speaking up during handovers or escalations?** Module 2 is built exactly for this, covering structured communication using SBAR to close common communication gaps. **5\. Does the workshop help with managing conflict\, not just clinical decisions?** Yes, Module 6 addresses workplace challenges directly, including conflict, stress, and burnout, alongside Module 3's focus on team dynamics. **6\. Is this relevant if I'm not in a leadership role yet\, but want to be?** Yes, it's designed to help anyone transitioning into leadership roles build the foundational skills needed for that step. **7\. Does the course cover patient safety\, or just team leadership?** Yes, Module 5 covers the direct link between leadership and patient safety outcomes, including quality practices and reporting culture. **8\. What if clinical governance and decision\-making frameworks feel unfamiliar to me?** Module 4 walks you through safe decision frameworks and governance basics using a real case study. **9\. Can this workshop be customized for our hospital or department specifically?** Yes, group sessions can be tailored to your organization and delivered on-site or virtually, with group pricing available. **10\. What do I actually walk away with at the end of the day?** A practical framework across all seven leadership areas, real practice through role-play and simulation, and a personal leadership growth plan, plus a Course Completion Certificate. **11\. What is the refund policy?** You are eligible to request a refund up to 7 days before the event.
