Outside food or drinks are not allowed.)\*\* 🕥** Registration Time** **10:00 am - 10:30 am** *The tournament **starts at 10:30 am.**\*\*\* Participants cannot join after the tournament begins. Please arrive early to order a drink and complete your registration.There are *5 rounds in total\*.\*\* Please only join if you can stay until the final round.\*\*\* \*\*\* Leaving early causes issues with pairing. \*The venue is reserved until **1:15 pm**, so **we plan to finish and leave by then.** 📢 **Chess Board** **Please bring a chess board** if you have one. If there are not enough boards, participants with their own boards will have priority. **💖 Friendly Atmosphere** This is a social tournament designed to be friendly and enjoyable. Please be kind to all participants and avoid being excessively competitive. 📌 **Location** The Bode Museum Café is on the first floor. Walk up the stairs. No ticket needed; just tell the staff you’re going to the café. 🔑**The Game Format** Swiss system, 10+3, 5 rounds 👨👧👧**Player Divisions** Players are divided into two groups. \- A Group over 1300 \- C Group under 1300 \- If you wish to play in a different group from your rating\, please let the host know during registration\. **🤹🏼♀️ How it works** \*\*\* Registration:\*\* Tell the host your first name and chess rating (any platform, any time control) \*\*\ *Pairings:* Once registration closes, the host will pair the players.*\*\*\* Tables: You can find your table number and color (white/black) at the link below. \*\*\ *The Game:\*\ *Before the tournament starts, I’ll place table numbers on the tables. Go to your assigned table. Accessibility: There is a small step at the entrance. Seating is available inside as well as outside. Some tables are only accessible via a few steps. Die bar ist an diesem Abend rauchfrei, aber normalerweise eine Raucherbar.
