The experiences are set against the fascinating historical backdrops: Pitted against the clock, where you and your team have 60 minutes to find and solve clues, use critical thinking and teamwork to escape and complete your mission. TRE® is also widely used by healthcare professionals, first responders, athletes, and individuals in high-stress environments. We have a TRE Expert: Jonathan to teach this class. **What is TRE**
 TRE stands for tension releasing exercises. A set of simple exercises to help all people reduce stress and tension from their bodies and heal from challenging events in their lives. Through a series of seven warm up exercises that mildly stretch and fatigue the leg muscles, it activates the innate tremor mechanism of the body. When activated, the tremor mechanism makes the body shake gently and involuntary, helping us to literally ‘shake-off’ and release built up muscle tension in a safe and gentle way. The tremor mechanism has been used for 1000s of years of human history and is a psycho-physiological feature of all mammals. Have you seen a dog or cat shaking after hearing fireworks? Have you felt yourself shaking after a challenging event or lifting a heavy weight. This is your bodies way of regulating itself and bringing it back down to a healthy, relaxed, normal state of being. In TRE we create the shake in a calm and measured way and let the body tremble gently so a life-time of built up tension and stress can start to unwind itself and your authentic self, buried under years of conditioning, starts to shine through. It was a great way to unwind/de-stress - AnonymousGoat \*\*\*\*\*\* 🚀 **WHAT HAPPENS AT OUR MEETUPS?** Your friendly game leader will explain the rules and then we'll play two rounds (about 45mins each) with some social time in-between to laugh about who got infected and how! At the end of the meetup we usually hang out until the owls are hooting **⚡ HOW DOES THE GAME WORK?** This game uses the free PlayCulture App [(](https://www.playculture.com/app)**[playculture.com/app](https://playculture.com/app)**). Players divide into **Survivors and Zombies.** Survivors try to evade the Zombies (using the danger radar to see where they are), and can pick up health packs to stay alive for longer. If a Zombie gets too close they can infect you! If you get infected you become a Zombie and join the hunt. At the end you will see a leaderboard showing everyone’s score **🎈 CAN I BRING MY FRIEND?** Absolutely! If you want you can stick together and play as a ninja team!
