I’ve found that it can be surprisingly hard to make time to see fellow actors, writers, models, and other creative people outside of class, rehearsals, and work. So I wanted to create a casual weekly space where we can connect, meet new people, share what we’re working on, and build community. As we grow, the location may change if I find a spot that’s an even better fit for the group. The vibe is less of a formal networking event and more of a relaxed creative meetup where people can talk about acting, auditions, projects, industry experiences, goals, or whatever else is on their minds. We play in an indoor public space, the refurbished food court in the Citicorp building, right next to the Lexington Avenue exit of the Lex/51 stop of the E, M, and 6 trains. There are eateries in the food court or you can bring in your own food. We usually sit somewhere between Pesce Lulu and Miznon. Let's play word building games like Quiddler, word cluing games like Phantom Ink, and word listing games like Scattergories. Maybe even a brainy co-op game of Letter Jam. Killer Queen freeplay night at Barcade

Killer Queen is a cult classic team-based arcade strategy game. It's super easy to learn yet infinitely replayable, and it's also a great way to meet new people. We'll usually start off our sessions with some beginner-friendlier games, i.e. Trouble Brewing and the other base scripts, so showing up on time is a good idea if you're new.
