By lantern-light (well… flashlights and street lamps), you’ll explore haunted sites, uncover chilling stories, and race to solve clues that lurk in the shadows of the Financial District. It’s the perfect mix of fright and fun: explore, learn, laugh—and maybe get a shiver or two! We’ll split you into teams and equip you with everything you need to take on the hunt. Space is limited, so claim your spot… if you dare. 👀 After your haunted quest, stick around for a festive social at a nearby venue to share ghost stories, laughs, and a well-earned drink. **How It Works** 7:00 PM sharp – Check in at the registration point. Come solo or with friends—we’ll form teams of about 5 people. Teams will have 90 minutes to track down as many clues as possible. Prizes awarded to the team with the most correct finds. Join us for a unique social event for singles in NYC (20s, 30s, 40s)! Make new social connections, win raffle prizes and meet other fun singles! **HOW IT WORKS:** Our friendly host will welcome everyone and then you'll be grouped off into separate tables where you'll get to meet, chat with and play fun social games with other singles in small groups of about 4 or 5 people. But you can also invite friends to join you. Everyone must have a ticket to enter. Is there a dress code? No specific dress code. I’ve found that it can be surprisingly hard to make time to see fellow actors, writers, models, and other creative people outside of class, rehearsals, and work. So I wanted to create a casual weekly space where we can connect, meet new people, share what we’re working on, and build community. As we grow, the location may change if I find a spot that’s an even better fit for the group. The vibe is less of a formal networking event and more of a relaxed creative meetup where people can talk about acting, auditions, projects, industry experiences, goals, or whatever else is on their minds. They are consistently well attended. Must prepay to attend.)* Everyone's favorite Haunted Hunt is back! It's a unique, enjoyable way to socialize, learn and explore outdoors! Clues, Spells, and Curses! Join dozens as they set out onto the streets of the Financial District; the site of graveyards, hauntings and some of the grizzliest deeds ever done! It will be a fun way to explore and socialize. We'll set you up on teams and give you everything you need to know to help find the clues. **How does it work?** If you come alone we will set you up on a team (or you can play with a team) and we'll give you everything you need to know to help find the clues. Each team will have 90 minutes to find as many of the clues we give you. When finished we will return to a set location for socializing. Prizes are awarded to those finding the most clues. **What are we looking for?** Lower Manhattan in the early 1600's till now has been the site of hangings, hauntings, massacres, explosions, and other not so nice and creepy things. You will be scouring Bowling Green to City Hall, visiting (supposedly haunted places), searching for history-markers and research things that happened. **FAQs:** How do I find group? We will meet in front of the Fraunces Tavern. Large tables in a big space with a private overflow room available too. Bring a game or join in on one. Let's Play Word Games in Midtown

We play in an indoor public space, the refurbished food court in the Citicorp building, right next to the Lexington Avenue exit of the Lex/51 stop of the E, M, and 6 trains. There are eateries in the food court or you can bring in your own food. We usually sit somewhere between Pesce Lulu and Miznon. Let's play word building games like Quiddler, word cluing games like Phantom Ink, and word listing games like Scattergories. Maybe even a brainy co-op game of Letter Jam. You can comment with what games you will bring or what you hope someone else can bring. **Please note that no new members will be approved on the same day as an event. We primarily play party games such as Codenames, Just One, Anomia, Exploding/Zombie Kittens, Telestrations, and One Night Werewolf. We find those are easy to play/learn and get people having fun and maybe making a few new friends along the way! We have quite a few games, but if there is a particular game(s) you would like to play, please feel free to bring them along. We love learning and playing new games!
