New Moon Cacao & Vocal Healing

New Moon Cacao & Vocal Healing

Sun, Sep 13, 6:30 PM
From Kundalini Activation Process

# **Vocal Activation ✨** ### **Your Voice Is Medicine** Join us for a powerful **Vocal Activation experience with ceremonial cacao in a Sauna room**, designed to awaken your voice, deepen your connection with your body, and support nervous system regulation through sound, breath, movement and vibration. So many of us have learned to hold back our voices — to stay quiet, control our expression, or worry about how we sound. This experience is an invitation to let that go. We will begin by sharing **ceremonial cacao**, creating a beautiful moment to slow down, connect inward and set an intention for the journey ahead. Cacao has traditionally been used in ceremonial settings and can offer a warm, grounding ritual as we transition from the outside world into deeper connection with the body and voice. From there, you’ll be guided through **vocal toning, intuitive sound, somatic movement and vocal activation practices**, allowing you to explore your voice without needing to perform, sing beautifully, or get anything “right.” As the body begins to soften and the nervous system settles, the voice can become a powerful pathway for release, expression and connection. ### ✨ During the Experience We will explore: • Ceremonial cacao + intention setting • Nervous system regulation through breath and sound • Humming, toning and vocal resonance • Opening and freeing the voice • Intuitive vocal expression • Somatic movement and energetic release • Vocal Activation with drumming and sound • Deep relaxation and integration This is **not a singing class.** No vocal experience is necessary. You don't need to know how to sing, chant or use your voice in any particular way. You simply need to arrive with curiosity and a willingness to explore. ### 🔥 A Space to Be Heard Your voice carries more than words. It carries emotion, vibration, creativity, truth and life force. This experience is about creating enough safety within the body to allow your authentic expression to emerge — without judgment and without needing to sound like anyone else. Come experience what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to **breathe deeper, sound freely and take up space with your voice.** ### What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and anything you need to feel comfortable during relaxation and integration. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. **No previous experience is required. Beginners are welcome.** ✨ **Your voice is medicine.** ✨ **Activate your voice.** ✨ **Regulate your nervous system.** Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected to your body, your expression and your voice. [Book your spot here](https://www.lightbodyexpansion.com/events/vocal-activation)

Vocal & Heart Healing + Cacao & Red Light Therapy

Vocal & Heart Healing + Cacao & Red Light Therapy

Sun, Sep 13, 6:30 PM
From Energy Healing

# Vocal Activation 🔥 ### Awaken Your Voice. Regulate Your Nervous System. Your voice is medicine. Join us for an immersive **Vocal Activation experience** designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with the natural power of your voice. Through **breath, sound, vibration, intuitive vocal practices, drumming, and somatic healing**, we’ll create a space where the body can soften and the voice can begin to open naturally. This is **not a singing class** and you do not need any vocal experience. It is an invitation to explore your voice as a tool for **healing, nervous system regulation, authentic expression, confidence, and connection.** ## ✨ What We'll Explore During the experience, you may be guided through: • Breathwork and nervous system regulation • Humming and vocal toning • Vocal resonance and intuitive sound • Somatic release and movement • Meditation and deep relaxation • Vocal Activation + drumming sound bath • Integration and Q&A As the nervous system settles, you may notice spontaneous sounds, movement, emotional release, tingling, warmth, deep calm, creativity, or simply a greater sense of freedom in your voice. ## 🔥 Why Vocal Activation? Many of us unconsciously hold back our voices. Stress, fear of judgment, past experiences, and nervous system patterns can all affect how freely we express ourselves. Vocal Activation creates an opportunity to soften those patterns and explore what happens when your body begins to feel safe enough to **sound, express, communicate and be heard.** The intention isn't to make your voice sound a particular way. It's to discover **your voice.** ## 🌿 Potential Benefits ✨ Regulate and strengthen the nervous system ✨ Release stress, tension and stored emotions ✨ Open the vocal centre ✨ Build confidence in authentic expression ✨ Explore breath, resonance and intuitive sound ✨ Experience deeper relaxation and inner connection ✨ Develop greater trust in your body's natural intelligence ## 🧘 Preparation Please wear comfortable clothing and **dress for a hot room / be prepared to sweat.** Bring: • Yoga mat • Blanket • Water bottle Please eat lightly 1–2 hours beforehand and avoid alcohol or recreational substances on the day of the experience. **No singing, meditation, or previous vocal experience is required.** Come exactly as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore your voice. **Your voice is medicine.** **Activate your voice.** **Regulate your nervous system.** [Register your spot here ](https://www.lightbodyexpansion.com/events/vocal-activation) — Light Body Expansion by Radia
