This will involve you floating in a lightless, soundproof tank with high epsom content filled with salt water at skin temperature, in which individuals float. **My Experience** I did this recently and it was an amazing experience, I found myself in a deep meditative state, and after leaving the pod I felt full of life, high on energy, very sociable and in the zone for the remainder of the day. Also learning a lot about myself in the process on my more spiritual journey, its was amazing to share my experience with people in the chill out area afterwards and look forward to doing this again, everyone has to give it a go! **Arrival and Schedule** Depending on the slot, if you arrive 15 mins early, you will be able to put your valuables in the room, then you will be shown to your own room with the pod and how everything works. You will get a shower before and after and be provided with towels and float for 60 minutes.
