Paper and markers will be provided but guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies too. Sessions are uninstructed and creative exploration is encouraged. The event takes place on the back patio, seating is first come first serve, guest are allowed to draw inside the cafe as well. Free. Open to all skill levels. Bad Artist Welcome. Tonight we're going to be doing a little Shell Painting! You'll be able to choose from a few pre-drawn ideas, or make your own creation from scratch! Everyone will have a choice of color paints, and of various sea shells, and you will be designing a beautiful summer ocean scene on canvas! All supplies will be provided for you. This class will be held at Marmalade Cafe in El Segundo. We'll be arriving before the end of happy hour, so everyone should be able to find something off the menu. They do expect that everyone will order "something" since they're letting us meet on their property:) COST for this class: $30, to be paid in advance so I have the right amount of supplies ready:). (want to make sure and have enough shells per person!) You will not be considered signed up until your payment is received. My venmo is @jessica2007 (the last 4 of my cell phone is 7336). Each month, we will showcase a classic Saturday Morning Cartoon while you enjoy our breakfast cereal buffet. **2026 Cartoons and Cereal Schedule:** July 25th - Jabberjaw - Shark Week! August 29th - Magic School Bus (Back to School Supply Giveaway) September 27th - Harlem Globegtrotters October 31st - Groovie Goolies Costume Party! November 28th - Mucha Lucha In addition to drawing with friends and families, our youth will also learn about careers in animation and cartoons through art. This program is offered FREE to all participants. All Supplies will be provided.
