Craft Workshops Toronto
Connect through creative workshops in Toronto

The Toronto Artist's Way Meetup Monthly Meetup
Mon, Aug 17, 11:00 PMThe purpose of the group, based on the book The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, is for people to meet and talk about their artistic challenges in any field (painting, writing, music etc.) and encourage each other to break their creative blocks and fulfill themselves in their art. If you find people who are sympathetic, you may want to form your own group, meeting regularly to explore the book and supporting each other in their artistic journeys. I have gone through 2 such clusters and can say that it is a very powerful experience. Why not come to a meeting and see for yourself?

What do you actually want?
Wed, Aug 19, 10:30 PMMost of us have spent so long navigating expectations and old stories that our own desires have become hard to locate. This workshop creates space to clear the noise and reconnect with what you actually want. **What you'll leave with:** \- Notice where something in you may be ready to shift \- Distinguish what you actually want from what you’ve been expected or conditioned to want \- Recognize the inner stories and protective voices that may be keeping certain desires out of reach \- Imagine what life could feel like if this want had more room \- Leave with one small\, grounded experiment to begin making room for what feels genuinely yours **Led by:** Weiwei Su, is a facilitator who helps people make sense of the inner tensions that surface when things feel stuck, uncertain, or in transition. Her work invites people to listen more deeply to themselves and others, so they can move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and trust. How to Say No
Sat, Sep 19, 2:00 PMSaying no well is one of the most underrated skills in a full life. This workshop explores why no feels so hard, what it protects when used well, and how to set boundaries that come from clarity rather than guilt or resentment. **What you'll leave with:** \- A clearer understanding of why no feels so threatening \- Language and practice for boundaries that don't require over\-explaining \- Relief from the guilt that usually follows a no \- A felt sense of your own limits\, and why they matter **Led by: Lindsay Prajza** Lindsay is a psychotherapist that supports clients in navigating doubt, fear, and the pressures of modern life with clarity and compassion. Blending relational psychotherapy, evidence-based strategies, and a neuroscience-informed lens, she helps people build confidence, resilience, and deep self-trust so they can feel more connected to who they’re becoming.
