I was initiated into Mrs. Takata-style Reiki by New York-based Reiki Master Pamela Miles. Reiki is a form of vibrational medicine - it comes through me as the practitioner, but I don’t direct it. It is deeply relaxing, very similar to a spa-like meditation experience. While you can expect me to hold your head, face and throat area at the beginning, I will hold my hands just above your body for all the other placements.
