**Materiales incluidos \| Taller de 3 horas** English ↓↓↓ Bienvenidos al taller de grabado utilizando tetrapak y acetato. Esta vez emplearemos una prensa profesional que nos permite trabajar en formatos de hasta 40 × 80 centímetros. El precio incluye todos los materiales: puntas secas, papel de grabado, acetato, uso de la prensa y una gran variedad de material de referencia para inspirarse. El grabado es un lenguaje visual en el que la imagen se construye de manera indirecta, a través de la incisión, la presión y la repetición. La técnica de punta seca permite acercar el grabado a la sencillez del dibujo, manteniendo al mismo tiempo las cualidades pictóricas de la impresión. La transparencia del acetato, además, permite superponer y repetir imágenes con precisión, creando composiciones personales y elegantes. En este taller, dirigido por el artista invitado Paul Guenot, crearemos nuestro propio grabado, aprenderemos a entintar la matriz y a realizar estampas, recorriendo al mismo tiempo la trayectoria de artistas que han trabajado extensamente con este medio, como Käthe Kollwitz, William Kentridge, Stanley William Hayter y Hokusai. This time we will be working with a professional printing press, allowing us to produce prints up to 40 × 80 cm in size. The workshop fee includes all materials: drypoint tools, printmaking paper, acetate plates, use of the press, and a wide selection of reference material for inspiration. Printmaking is a visual language in which the image is constructed indirectly through incision, pressure, and repetition. The drypoint technique brings printmaking close to the simplicity of drawing while preserving the rich, tactile qualities of the printed image. The transparency of acetate also allows images to be layered and repeated with precision, creating personal and elegant compositions. Are you looking to try out ceramics or up-skill your existing knowledge? Look no further! This workshop is standalone or you can book a block of 4 that need not be consecutive. It takes place in a very spacious and bright studio and you are welcomed to come with your own ideas or simply follow along and let your creativity blossom during the mindful 3 hours of making. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to create functional ware or small sculptural work. Beginners will be guided through the process using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing and surface decoration. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcomed to use the wheel which would need to be reserved in advance. Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are mainly run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to practice their English. Clay & Create - taller de ceramica/ceramics/pottery

Ever want to try ceramics or build on your skills? Then this would be the perfect opportunity. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to make so many different things for yourself, friends or family - bowls, plates, sushi dishes, plants pots and much more. Beginners will be guided through the process of making things using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing, under-glazing and glazing. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcome to use my wheel (to be reserved in advance). Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to chat and learn. They last 2.5 hours and basic materials are provided.
