Let's take a fall foliage day trip heading north to upstate to visit the pretty village of **[HUDSON, NY](https://visithudsonny.com/visit/)**[ ](https://visithudsonny.com/visit/)reachable on AMTRAK out of Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station. **AGENDA FOR TODAY**: Once we get there we'll take a hike on the grounds of **[OLANA State Historic Park](https://www.olana.org/)**[ ](https://www.olana.org/)as well as a walk over the **[Rip Van Winkle Bridge and the Hudson River Skywalk](https://www.hudsonriverskywalk.org/)**. We'll also allot time to explore the town of Hudson. Bring an appetite! Game Day at La Diaspora

**Game Day Returns at La Diaspora** Game Day, a community favorite since 2008, is officially back after its hiatus and we’re celebrating its return at **La Diaspora**. Enjoy **all‑day happy hour**, a **full food and drink menu**, and a fun, social atmosphere built for game lovers. Please note: **a card is required for all tabs**, and **tax & gratuity will be added**. Each attendee will have a **minimum spend of $20**. We’ll have multiple tables reserved for card players Spades **and Bid Whist players, represent!** plus a selection of board games for anyone who wants to jump in and play. **Transportation:** 6, J, Z, N, Q, R, W-Canal Street 4, 5, -Brooklyn Bridge \*Street parking is limited, there is a garage right next door Game Day is back. REVERSE Saunter Stretch Series - Stretch #1 (Day 3)

Over three consecutive days, Tuesday through Thursday, we'll walk the iconic 32-mile Great Saunter path in reverse (counterclockwise), circumnavigating Manhattan Island up the East Side and down the West Side. This stretch is the last in the series and takes place on Thursday along the West Side. The walk is approximately 12 miles and will take about 5.5 hours at a moderate pace. We begin at W. 145th Street and Riverside Drive and walk south along the Hudson River to the southern tip of Manhattan. Join us for all or part of the walk; there will be drop-out points along the route. Meet at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance to Riverbank State Park at W. 145th Street and Riverside Drive. From the #1 subway station at Broadway and W. 145th Street, walk down the hill on W. 145th Street to the park entrance. We'll use the restrooms in Riverbank State Park and begin walking promptly at 10:15 a.m. From Riverbank State Park, we'll walk south through Riverside Park to Hudson River Park. Our lunch break will be at W. 42nd Street. Restrooms are available at the lunch stop. The walk ends at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. A celebratory drink at Fraunces Tavern after completing the series is well deserved, but optional. Bring: water, sunscreen, a hat, snacks, and lunch.
