👇This workshop requires **a deposit before you attend.** Please read all below before you hit the button, and since the seats are very limited, please re-hit the attend button if you cannot come anymore👇 Hello art lovers, we've moved the location to the CBD, so we're more than welcome to have more people join us! For this meet-up, we’ll use water-based acrylic paints to create a small artwork that you can take home and display👩‍🎨 Each session includes a live demonstration from me, so beginners are absolutely welcome! The group is intentionally small, which means there is plenty of time for questions and individual guidance👍 Recent themes we've done include: 🌊A lakeside scene inspired by Ballarat 🌷A picture of flowers, "I want to display" 🌇A view of Geelong's sunset 🐶A fluffy moment Let me know what you would like to try :-) **Place** Flagstaff (👉The Blender Studios, meet 10 mins before the session starts in front of the cafe☕️ ) **Fee** **$60 AUD** All materials included! You only need to bring: • a drink • a lunch or snack(if you need) • a bag to carry your artwork home The finished painting is approximately A5 size. **⚠️Before attending the sessions** If you’d like to join, please send me a message with: **1\. Your name** **2\. A short introduction (your art experience or what interests you about joining)** **3\. A theme that you want to try(if you have one)** **⚠️Deposit** To secure your seat, **a $20 deposit** is required via bank transfer(PayID) before the sessions. Details will be provided via message. The last $40 fee can be paid directly on the day via bank transfer/cash, so that we don't have to pay extra fees for PayPal on this platform, hehe😂) If you can not come after paying your deposit, please let me know as early as possible. I’ll pay it back via bank transfer. **The process when you attend** -Press the attend button and message me a little bit about yourself 👇 -Details about the deposit and others will be provided via message(Please check your “messages” tab!) 👇 -Pay the deposit via PayID (no transfer fee) 👇 -Your seat will be secured! (It doesn't mean your seat is secured by only pressing the “attend” button🙏) Please check the message from me after you hit the button and if you find you can't attend a session anymore, please re-press it and show me that you are not coming, since the seats are very limited:-) I’m hoping to create a friendly space where people can enjoy making art without pressure, meet others, and leave with a painting they’re proud of😊 If you’re coming alone, don’t worry — most of the people join solo, and the group is kept small and friendly. If you would like to bring guests, please message me directly to reserve your seats. Thanks for reading, and feel free to message me with any questions😊

Not in the décor. Usually right where budgets, venues, and vendors all need to line up at once and there's no clear system to manage it. That breakdown isn't bad luck it's a gap in process that most first-time (and even experienced) planners haven't closed yet. This workshop closes that gap. Nine modules, each built around a real planning challenge, each giving you a practical way to handle it. **Snapshot of the Day** 9 modules. 1 day. A complete planning process from first concept to post-event review covering budgeting, venues, vendors, timelines, promotion, and on-site execution along the way. Nothing skipped, nothing filler just a working framework you can use for your very next event. **Nine Common Breakdowns, Nine Practical Fixes** • **You're not fully clear on what the event needs to achieve** — Module 1 covers event objectives, event types, and the planner's core responsibilities. • **Your event idea doesn't quite match your audience or purpose** — Module 2 focuses on concept development and aligning your ideas with clear goals. • **Costs creep up faster than expected** — Module 3 covers building a realistic budget and tracking expenses to avoid overspending. • **Venue and logistics choices feel like guesswork** — Module 4 addresses venue selection, layout, flow, and accessibility. • **Vendors are unpredictable or hard to manage** — Module 5 covers vendor communication, contracts, timelines, and shifting expectations. • **Tasks and deadlines get missed along the way** — Module 6 focuses on building a detailed event timeline and assigning responsibilities. • **The event doesn't reach the people it's meant for** — Module 7 covers promotional planning, digital channels, and core messaging. • **On-site, things start slipping out of control** — Module 8 addresses managing check-ins, setup, flow, and handling issues live. **• You're not sure if the event actually worked** — Module 9 covers gathering feedback and evaluating results for next time. **Every Stage Feeds the Next** A rushed concept leads to a mismatched budget. A last-minute venue choice creates logistics problems down the line. Handle these as separate, disconnected tasks, and you're just firefighting one issue at a time. This workshop links every stage together, so by the end of the day, you're not left with scattered tips you have one connected process. **How Each Module Works** Every module follows the same hands-on approach, using real examples and practical tools: **1\. Spot the challenge** — What typically goes wrong at this stage, and why **2\. Learn the structure** — A clear, repeatable way to manage it **3\. Put it into practice** — Through activities, case studies, and role-play **4\. Leave with something usable** — A tool you can apply to your very next event **What You'll Be Able to Do Differently** **By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:** • Understand the complete process of planning and executing events successfully • Build budgets, timelines, and event structures with confidence • Coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics effectively • Apply stronger organisational and communication skills to event management • Manage on-site execution and evaluate outcomes once the event wraps up **Who This Is Built For** • Aspiring event planners looking for structured guidance • Freelancers managing events on their own • Corporate staff involved in planning or coordinating events **Format** Practical, hands-on learning — activities, case studies, and role-play built around real planning scenarios. You'll work through the actual challenges, not just hear about them. **©2026 Mangates Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. This content is protected by copyright law. Bring Everyone In** If your team faces these challenges together, this workshop is available as a customized in-house session, shaped around your organisation, your event types, and your specific pain points. Delivered on-site or virtually, with group pricing available. **📧 Contact us today to schedule a customized in-house session: [corporate@mangates.com](corporate@mangates.com)** **FAQs** **1\. Is this only relevant for corporate events?** Not at all the frameworks apply equally to freelancers and personal or social events. **3\.
